USS New York arriving

In preparation for its November 7th Commissioning Ceremony the USS New York (LDP-21) arrives today in New York City. The ship’s motto is Never Forget

Once here, it will pass under the Verrazano Narrows Bridge, and up the Hudson River, past the World Trade Center site, where it will come to a complete stop and receive a 21-gun salute.
