Then we have Hobby Lobby and their objections to being forced to carry insurance that pays for abortion pills. Hobby Lobby faces huge daily fines because of their position.
The roots of the debate go deep and aren't limited to one subject. But it seems concerning that the determinations are subjective and decided by one person-Health and Human Services Director Sibilius. Whenever the law is not enforced evenly, corruption and special favors are inevitable.
Either Obamacare is a good law and should be obeyed by everyone. Or it is not and should be repealed.
