Who has waivers from some of the provisions? That's a question that should be asked and answered. However, getting to the truth isn't an easy task. According to the Weekly Standard about half the special treatment is doled out to unions.

In another "interesting" twist, Darden Restaurant's owner of Olive Garden and Red Lobster, received a reprieve yet recently cut workers hours to avoid Obamacare's burdens. The language was clever, "Shifting full time workers to part-time status". I'll bet the workers feel their hours were cut. Then we have Hobby Lobby and their objections to being forced to carry insurance that pays for abortion pills. Hobby Lobby faces huge daily fines because of their position. The roots of the debate go deep and aren't limited to one subject. But it seems concerning that the determinations are subjective and decided by one person-Health and Human Services Director Sibilius. Whenever the law is not enforced evenly, corruption and special favors are inevitable. Either Obamacare is a good law and should be obeyed by everyone. Or it is not and should be repealed.
