I'm listening to a discussion regarding why Donald Trump's popularity with women is rising.

It is not a secret, we woman are yearning for a leader who will keep their families safe, who will return our country to a position of respect, who will build jobs so Americans can support themselves, who will secure our borders, who can negotiate with foreign leaders, and who will speak the truth. Trump is an old fashioned, unpolished warrior. The politically correct nambie pambies have failed this country. The current crop of Senators and Representatives, with a few exceptions, run around like Boehner or Obama lap dogs. They don't want to rock the boat or to risk losing their jobs. They don't speak for us. That is exactly why the approval rate for Congress is at 14%. What are the qualities of an effective leader? Honesty, ability to delegate, confidence, commitment, enthusiasm, intuition, ability to inspire, creativity, and a positive attitude. Does it occur to any of the pundits or the other candidates that Trump exhibits leadership qualities? Maybe it's as simple as that. Shirley Reynolds
