They just cannot stand that we might be breathing a bit more freely, less oppressed by the icy claws that have been clutching our hearts for two years. After all, in the US the mid-terms loometh, so we can be assured the Dem Dirty Tricks Bag will be put to good use. Be fearful; be very fearful.
But, I am thinking “the masses are done with him [Fauci]” is questionable. I walked maskless (as I have been doing) through an Ontario No Frills yesterday and was discouraged to see no one else maskless. Four days before the official removal, and they still all wandered around like sheep, some still giving me the wide berth and the hard stare. I mean, are we miraculously going to be free of danger at 12:01 a.m. on Monday, having been officially dangerous at 11:59 pm Sunday?
I suspect more than a few will continue to wear masks throughout the next months or even for the rest of their lives. How utterly dispiriting it is to view my sheep-like fellow citizens believing everything the guvmint and health authorities proclaim. Baaaaaa! Humbug!

Supposedly China has 28 of their 31 provinces locked down again and are now using the "foreign ? wuhu flu pill" instead of jabs for everyone there almost, the WION India news media states. According to WION media bodies in Hong Kong are piled up in body bags right in the intensive care unit with those still alive and fighting for life (with pictures). and even the newly built "hospitals" are overcrowded in Hong Kong. India thinks it will be in India again and at its worst by June, their fourth wave? I apologize for sounding so negative on this "flu" but we know how many lies are out there and that none of their mandates and jabs worked and the countries that let it run its course are doing as well or better than we are doing. News from WION has seemed to be more grounded and truthful than what our mainstream and big tech sounds off on ridiculously and free speech is so blocked here, and maybe there too who knows, but at least on this war they stay sensible and middle-ground.

Fauci Amendment’ To Prevent ‘Health Dictatorship’

After many failures and misinformation during the COVID-19 pandemic Rand Paul has decided to introduce the ‘Fauci Amendment’ to prevent ‘Health Dictatorship’ from taking place again.
Senator Rand Paul has stated that he intends to introduce legislation in the Senate to prevent anyone from ever again becoming the “dictator in chief” of health care.
Paul wrote in a Fox News op-ed that the move “would eliminate Dr. Fauci’s position as NIAID director” and “divide his power into 3 separate institutes.”
According to Paul, “Each of these three institutes will be led by a director who is appointed by the president and confirmed by the Senate for a five-year term.”
The Senator added that “This will create accountability and oversight into a taxpayer-funded position that has largely abused its power and has been responsible for many failures and misinformation during the COVID-19 pandemic.”
“No one person should have unilateral authority to make decisions for millions of Americans,” Paul said, adding that his amendment will “ensure that ineffective, unscientific lockdowns and mandates are never foisted on the American people ever again.”
“No one person should have the sole authority to dictate science, especially when that one person wasn’t ever following the science,” Paul said, adding, “For two years our lives were held captive by petty tyrants and power-hungry bureaucrats.”
“The biggest lesson we have learned over the last two years is that no one person should have this much unchecked power. And my amendment, which will get a vote this week, will finally force accountability and fire Dr. Fauci,” Paul declared on Sunday.

Donna Ruth: Great contribution. I've been mystified by the behavior we're seeing, too. People who wear the masks now or right up to the minute and even afterward want to be part of the tribe. They want to be part of the herd. They don't have to think when they just conform, and somebody somewhere says that's good behavior for any phony reason they care to choose. Herd mentality, identity politics, socialism, they're all tribal. They say Our Tribe is good and has a monopoly on smarts. People who aren't with us are our enemies. Enemies bad. Ignore, insult, oppress, enslave, then destroy the enemies because they're not like us! It's all tribalism. And it's 1933 all over again.
