That's quite a Litany of Ills, but I think you know the answer to all the Why's. The Bible explains all of these things coming together like this - converging on the global scale. It's because we are on the verge of the end of the church age and the age of Grace and history as we know it - just read the prophecies in the Bible describing this: it fits perfectly in every detail and was prophesied by as much as twenty-five hundred years ago or more; so get into the Bible prophecies, Ray, and all the rest of you readers, and realize that what is happening is being permitted on purpose by God for evil to work in the world and rule it for a period of time before Jesus Christ returns. I know you didn't make up all of these ills in your list and I am not making up what I am saying here. Christians know full well what's going on in the world and what the answer is. The old saying goes "we've read the book and we know how it turns out..." Man cannot fix this; only God can fix this, and he is going to fix it by removing believers and allowing Satan to have his approximate seven years of evil reign which is just around the corner. Things are bad now; they will get very worse very very soon. I pray that you would understand this, Ray ( you are a perceptive man) and open your Bible to Daniel and Ezekiel and Revelation and Matthew 24. God bless

I am a born again Christian and I have watched the deconstruction of America through the lens of the Bible and this is an extremely good record of the evil that the One Worlders have in store for us all. We should have "awakened" years, decades ago, but to awaken now may be too late. According to Scripture, this is a necessity. The west must come down in order for the rest of the book of Revelation to take place. This is basically all about the Lord dealing with Israel, aka, Jacob's Trouble, aka, the seven-year Tribulation. It's coming, one way or another, it's coming. The very best (and ONLY) way to be prepared, is to be BORN AGAIN. Jesus told Nicodemus that in order for him to see the kingdom of God, he MUST be born again. This is what I urge all of you to do. Give your heart and your life to Jesus Christ, recognize your need for a Saviour because of your sinful nature; ask Him to forgive you and come into your heart and life; accept His FREE gift of Salvation based on His finished work on the cross; recognize that by His death, burial, resurrection, and ascension into heaven that you are born from above NO OTHER WAY; and then FOLLOW HIM, wherever He leads you, whatever it takes. There is NO OTHER WAY FOR MEN TO BE SAVED BUT THROUGH JESUS CHRIST. No budda, no ritual, no work, no other way, and the "good news" of all of this? That's the best reason to live for Christ! You will not only become a part of His forever family (as Hal Lindsey puts it) but you will be able to ESCAPE the coming Tribulation by way of the Rapture of the believer!!! What a Savior, what a gift, what an amazing God!! Don't take ANY of all of this at MY word, NO! Read it for yourself, do the research. Read His precious word for yourself. Start with the gospels, ask Him to provide you with His "tour guide" through the Scriptures, His HOLY SPIRIT, whom He has sealed for the Day of Redemption ALL THOSE WHO CALL ON HIS NAME!!! Read His word in the books of 2 Thessalonians, John 14, 2 Timothy, and of course, the book of Revelation. When you are BORN AGAIN and SPIRIT FILLED, you are given NEW SIGHT and a NEW HEART, just like what happened to PAUL when the Lord Jesus SAVED him. Go ahead, check it out. See if you can find ANY OTHER WAY to deliver your soul from hell, death and the grave. Then FOLLOW HIM. God bless all who call upon the name of Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Amen.

The Book of Revelations of Saint John is coming to pass. Make damn sure you are on the right side of things that are coming to fruition. What we are observing and will be living through are the bowls of Godly wrath that are being poured on the ungodly. That is why it is so important that the heinous and murderous practice of abortion be rescinded and disestablished in the American culture. ANY state that does not outlaw abortion completely WILL be destroyed by the judgement given to innocent children in the safety of the mother's womb. That is the NATURAL reason for the very existence of the womb, it is a place of natural safety, NOT destruction. Abortion goes against both God AND Nature.

Ray: Your latest article "Eve of Destruction" may possibly be the very best you have written -- and you have written many excellent articles for CFP. In "Eve of Destruction," you raise all the truly important questions that nobody else seems willing to talk about. Anyone who still thinks all of "the issues" and concerns America and many other countries are currently dealing with are mere coincidence is only fooling him or herself. We are quickly approaching the point of no return, where every freedom-loving American is going to have to take a stand and pick a hill to die on. I do not say this lightly as I have served in the military. I agree with your bottom line that we need a spiritual revival in the U.S. especially to be reminded we have only one Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and that God is our only hope for the future. Continue reading in the Book of Re elation, especially Chapter 13 regarding a world leader coming who is Satan incarnate. Jesus always gives us opportunity to believe and trust in him alone for salvation. John 14:6 says I am the way the truth and the light. No one comes to the Father but by me. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever belies in him will not perish but have eternal life. The way out of this is through Jesus alone and the soon rapture of all true born again believers!

Brilliant piece, Ray and I see the BIG PIC similar to you. When "Western Civilization" becomes a pejorative, then you know that our culture has cancer and the only way to cure cancer is to replace the sick cells with healthy cells.
Thanks for taking the time to research this, (I know of what I speak) as it's a herculean task to get people to pay attention to facts, indisputable evidence or even the simple truth (cf 'Men can become pregnant and have abortions').
