Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans: While it was raining last night and this morning, for the first time our homeless Veterans who were living in the open cold and rain as well as sleeping on the hard cement sidewalk outside the VA, now have a roof over their heads and are sleeping on an elevated cot.
