After Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey signed the Human Life Protection Act into law, the ACLU and Planned Parenthood announced they were going to sue the state because Alabama's abortion law violates a woman's "reproductive" rights. In the first place, abortion is not a right; it's a choice. People choose to have sex, choose to reproduce, and they choose to have abortions. There is nothing in the Constitution about reproductive or abortion rights because they are choices.
In addition, Nancy Pelosi, who lives to vote for unconstitutional legislation, called the Alabama law unconstitutional. She voted for the Affordable Care Act, without reading it, and now she's calling another bill she hasn't read unconstitutional. If Pelosi ever read the Constitution, not a word of it got stuck between her ears.The Comment section of online publications is the new front in the ongoing Cancel Culture Battle.
