Martin Dean Dupalo, Candidate, School Board Trustee

My name is Martin Dean Dupalo and I am a candidate for School Board, District #G. I appreciate your time reading this e-mail and consideration for your vote for me. A little about me. Having grown up in Southern Nevada since 1974, I have worked hard to improve the community in which we live following in my parents footsteps. A product of the school district since 3rd grade, I earned the Truman Congressional Scholarship for community service and academics while attending UNLV (after Eldorado HS), which then took me to Carnegie Mellon. Now, I am an instructor at UNLV and a classroom teacher at an International school. I see many of the challenges day in and day out that have led to Nevada ranked as 50th in the nation educationally in PK-12.
