Iconic Walt Disney creation Mickey Mouse is out on the lam, or should be now that Peter Pan, Dumbo, cartoon skunk Pepé Le Pew, accused of adding to “rape culture” and other children’s cartoon characters have been nixed by Disney, Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies because of their supposed “racist” stereotypes. Who can stop the unbridled Cancel Culture from coming for childhood’s beloved Mickey Mouse next? And after Mickey, maybe Donald Duck. Who knows? Staged fake photos of Mickey Mouse once turned up in the rubble of war-torn Beirut courtesy of the mainstream media back in 2006: “Surely Reuters and AP photographers, who wanted to push the envelope for Hezbollah terrorists, could have been more sophisticated than to leave Mickey Mouse dolls, face-down and face-up in the rubble of Beirut.
