New Cruelty to Animals Bill in Ontario

A big thumbs up to the Province of Ontario, which has introduced a new bill bringing animal cruelty laws into the modern ages. One of the highlights of these potential new laws is that it will make it illegal to cause or permit an animal to be put in a position of distress with penalties for such to reach two years in prison or a hefty $60,000 fine.
