Sorry talented Canada Free Press (CFP) cartoonist, Dag Barkley, but we shouldn’t call Alexandria Ocasio Cortez “Occasional Cortex” anymore.
Cartoonist Dag is the unsung hero behind the “Occasional Cortex” moniker, which because CFP couldn’t copyrite it, was picked up by many woke Conservatives, including radio giant Rush Limbaugh, who pronounces AOC’s full name better than anyone else.
We should stop calling AOC “Occasional Cortex” because her rare cortex flashes are not even occasional anymore.The Comment section of online publications is the new front in the ongoing Cancel Culture Battle.
