With the release of a new Senate study on the dangerous practices of abortion drug manufacturers, Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America is calling on the Department of Justice to end the mail-order of mifepristone by settling Louisiana v. FDA.
U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee Chairman Bill Cassidy, joined by Sens. Steve Daines, Cindy Hyde-Smith, James Lankford, and the late Sen. Lindsey Graham launched an investigation into the three abortion drug manufacturers Danco Corporation, GenBioPro and Evita Solutions—a company that began selling abortion drugs last week after receiving approval from the FDA under then-Commissioner Marty Makary.
The report found that even the minimal remaining Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) are not being upheld by these manufacturers, especially in online situations.
