TORONTO Today, the National Citizens coalition was surprised by the sudden resignation of Ontario's embattled Premier, Dalton McGuinty.
"We have had very little confidence in Premier McGuinty's ability to lead Ontario out of deficit by 2017," says Peter Coleman, President and CEO of the National Citizens Coalition. "On that front, this is good news for taxpayers."
