Just how effective is fear mongering?
I live in Texas and we've experienced several brush fires in recent years and we sometimes get smoke from fires out West or from Colorado but so far we aren't being "scared" into wearing masks or staying indoors like is beginning to take place in New England and New York.
I just had a regularly scheduled visit with my doctor and he was becoming concerned with the possibility of smoke from North of the border coming to Texas and threatening children and seniors with breathing problems. I pointed out that we sometimes see a haze of Sahara Desert dust equal to any migrating smoke so where's the problem? In times gone by, before people could fight wildfires with the means available today, those fires just had to burn themselves out and yes, they clouded the sky in cities back then too, if they didn't burn some communities to the ground as happened to Peshtigo Wisconsin in 1871.
I sympathize with you folks in Canada with your problem leadership which is just as bad as we are dealing with here in the U.S.

Well with the mess Jaggy and Trudoper are in again with their special rapporteur China's friend too but now he has quit. They had to get something else going to make everyone back off their other sick corruptions so was it China or WEF or the UN or which of their masters who told them to get all these fires going ?? I don't know why Canadians don't just dump that guy. He's clearly shown a love for the Chinese style government where everyone in the country is miserable with no freedom and no privacy. Trudeau is a budding dictator. Do the Canadians really want to live in an ocean to ocean concentration camp? That's the kind of government Trudeau wants to set up in Canada.
