It is encouraging to see three (3) Democrats placing the good of the country ahead of rigid ideology for the first time in eighteen (18) months in regards to the rescission of the Bush tax cuts. It is unfortunate that virtually all Democrats and even some Republicans are wedded to the belief that ‘tax fairness’ will increase tax revenues to pay for their distorted belief in ‘social justice.’ Who are the arbiters of this ‘justice,’ and who appoints them? Is this Constitutional?
