Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans: For the record, the Old Veterans Guard offered the VA 10x14 walk-in tents and a cot for homeless Veterans inside the VA. It was flat-out rejected by VA bureaucrats declaring they will only accept small, crawl-in pup tents.
