I've been eating red meat for all of my 81 years. Yup, not even breast milk. First meal was a T-bone, blue rare. I am in better shape than all of the idiots that put out these studies. Blue rare, piled on with fried 'shrooms' and onions...in butter.....lotsa butter....everything is better with butter. 😊

Another thing bothers me. Major hospitals all over America are specifically opening up "WOUND CENTERS". Even a lot of smaller hospitals. What do they know that we don't?
