General John Stark coined the state motto in 1809 when he said "Live free or die; Death is not the worst of evils." A fitting epitaph, perhaps, to the man who may have made it all possible for so many people to do just that.
The fourth annual “Live Free or Die Rally” is a free educational forum in honor of New Hampshire’s own General John Stark, the forgotten revolutionary. This event is a grand lesson in history, restoring the values of the constitution, and a place for families to have fun and it is free.The Comment section of online publications is the new front in the ongoing Cancel Culture Battle.
