A California teen and CAIR has filed a lawsuit against Abercrombie & Fitch for refusing to allow her to continue wearing her hajib, while working for the popular retailer. The teen was terminated with cause and is seeking damages under an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against the at-will employer.
