A California teen and CAIR has filed a lawsuit against Abercrombie & Fitch for refusing to allow her to continue wearing her hajib, while working for the popular retailer. The teen was terminated with cause and is seeking damages under an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against the at-will employer.
Hired as a stockroom employee in 2009, she was originally told she could wear her headwear but corporate policy changed during the path of her employment, per the terms of their brand identity. Upon notification that it was not 'permitted' she informed them that it's part of 'her religion' (which it is not) and they complied for awhile so long as it matched her clothing.
A District Manager noticed the scarf while visiting one day and immediately instituted a new company policy stating that head scarves would no longer be permitted as they do not fit in with the corporate image. The employee was sent home, despite her stubborn protests, claiming, ' but it's my religious right!'
Uh, nice try, sweetheart. I'd love to see the passage of the qur'an that demands that the head be covered. Certainly the chest draped in modesty is part of the religious aspects of this political ideology (Islam is, after all, not a religion) but covering the head and shoulders is optional, considered cultural and therefore, not a protected right. The former employee has no claim, her litigation is without merit.
As such, CAIR's lawsuit against Abercrombie & Fitch is in itself, an act of Jihad.
It's time we wake up and take notice and FIGHT BACK AGAINST THESE BULLIES.
What is happening here is within a larger issue that must be addressed. CAIR continues to harass infidel communities, pushing their agenda by wrapping it in politically correct maneuverings, shady politics and all things 'pro-islam.' They work well within their communities - unless someone is exercising their OWN civil liberties or religious right. These people are the masters of "Do it my way - or I'll file a complaint!" a few examples:
*CAIR pushing to integrate Islam into the American classroom and in many cases becoming successful, curriculum being taught to 'reflect' this, especially in the state of California
*CAIR outraged and file complaint that bible study forms were given out in 'a school forum' (never mind that Islam is taught in the school and they 'put their foot down about Christianity and Judiaism - where are the protests from the other parents?)
*CAIR files complaint against California Mayor for declaring the need to preserve the town's freedom of religion.
According to CAIR, their mission is to enhance understanding of Islam, encourage dialogue, protect civil liberties, empower American Muslims, and build coalitions that promote justice and mutual understanding.
Uncle Sam has a slightly different viewpoint about these CAIR thugs:
"For the third time federal prosecutors have called out CAIR as part of a covert Muslim Brotherhood effort in the United States. First, CAIR was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the Hamas-support trial of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development."
CAIR was listed among “entities who are and/or were members of the US Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestine Committee.” Then, when the group petitioned to remove its name from that list, prosecutors said such relief “will not prevent its conspiratorial involvement with HLF, and others affiliated with Hamas, from becoming a matter of public record.”
In a federal court filing from a few Decembers ago, federal prosecutors have described CAIR as “having conspired with other affiliates of the Muslim Brotherhood to support terrorists.” The government also stated that “proof that the conspirators used deception to conceal from the American public their connections to terrorists was introduced” in the Dallas Holy Land Foundation trial last year and the Chicago trial of the Hamas men in 2006. A few additional facts from the CAIR lawsuit of 2005 that they backed down from and didn't dispute any of the following:
•CAIR is an "organization founded by Hamas supporters which seeks to overthrow Constitutional government in the United States and replace it with an Islamist theocracy using our own Constitution as protection."
•CAIR was started by Hamas members and is supported by terrorist supporting individuals, groups and countries.
•Why oppose CAIR? Simple. They have links to, and were founded by, Islamic terrorists.

•CAIR is not in the United States to promote the civil rights of Muslims. CAIR is here to make Islam the dominant politial ideology in the United States and convert our country into an Islamic theocracy much like we see in Iran.
CAIR has managed to manipulate the popular media, use our laws against us and push the 'political correct' buttons as far as possible to present itself as the ‘moderate' face of Islam in the United States. CAIR succeeded to the point that the majority of its members are not aware that CAIR actively supports terrorists and terrorist supporting groups and nations. CAIR receives direct funding from Islamic terrorists supporting countries.
The MOST IMPORTANT reason we as Americans should be concerned about CAIR and the penetration of Islam into Western civilization? The last fact which reads as follows:
•CAIR is a fundamentalist organization dedicated to the overthrow of the United States Constitution and the installation of an Islamic theocracy in America.
