(OTCBB:MZEI) (OTCQB:MZEI) proudly announces that its flagship disinfection technology, AsepticSure™, has won a prestigious international award for innovation. The award was received in a competition recently held at the World Health Organization’s first International Conference on Prevention and Infection Control (ICPIC) in Geneva, Switzerland.
Queen’s University Professor, Dr Dick Zoutman presented the research findings pertaining to a paper that he and Medizone International’s President, Dr Michael Shannon, recently had published in the
American Journal of Infection Control. The research paper demonstrated the superior anti-microbial efficacy of Medizone’s AsepticSure™ disinfection technology. Just three out of fifty-five research projects entered in the competition sponsored by the Innovation Academy, received an "Innovation Award of Excellence" - AsepticSure™ was one of them.
