“Allowed to travel?!

Authorities in New York can’t provide subway safety; cannot stop citizens and little children from being shot to death on the streets—but now “promote secure, seamless passenger travel in anticipation of changing traveller behaviours and expectations”. Here’s what KTDI is all about:
