Why should Americans permit acceptance of Comprehensive Plans subjecting themselves to "harmony" with Obama's preferred new world order 'sustainability' that controls just about everything and does not thwart government takeover?

Under Comprehensive Planning, is Smart Grid/Smart Meter targeting, monitoring, taxing, controlling the use, ownership, and disposition of property to be permitted and adjudicated by undisclosed courts - facilitated by central planners, boards, committees, Delphi trained professional 'facilitators' and new courts (accountable to the US constitution or new world order moguls)?
Why should individuals give up the right guaranteed by the constitution to control the use of one's owned property, the raising of food, farming, water, fuel, energy and communications on it with Smart Meter monitoring and taxation?
Is that taxation without representation, and how have the last 6 years of Obama monitoring, central planning, and picking of winners and losers worked for the people of all types? Have energy, electric and water costs gone up during his 6 going on 7-year tenure?
Does America want more of Obama's 6 years of 'central planning' with 'comprehensive plans' for sustainable development, how has it worked out for Australia and American cities that have sued to get rid of further implementation or banned 'comprehensive plans' all together?
