We had enough of Communist-loving Sanders when he sang shirtless in Moscow during his ‘honeymoon’. Moscow hasn’t changed since then. And, sadly, neither has Bernie Sanders.

‘Free Stuff, Sanders’ Promises A Fair & Balanced Pravda On The Potomac

‘Free Stuff, Sanders’ Promises A Fair & Balanced Pravda On The PotomacFor pikers like straight out socialist Senator Bernie Sanders, ‘fair and balanced journalism’ is Pravda all the way. Shirtless while singing ’This Land Is Your Land’ on his honeymoon in Moscow, this DNC-esteemed ‘white man of socialist privilege’ is now singing the ‘What Journalists Should Be’ ballad for an all too-accommodating Columbia Journalism Review (CJR.) A CJR note at the bottom of an op-ed in which Sanders calls for action “to restore the media that Joseph Pulitzer and Walter Cronkite envisioned”, reads: “CJR welcomes all candidates to submit op-eds related to journalism.”
Exactly! “Has America ever needed a media watchdog more than now?” the organization asks. You betcha! But if it’s the unvarnished truth you seek, better to read 5-time #1 New York Times bestselling author, radio giant Mark Levin’s ‘Unfreedom of the Press’ rather than Bernie’s ridiculous ravings. “…When I am president, my administration will put in place policies that will reform the media industry and better protect independent journalism at both the local and national levels,” Sanders wrote in his CJR piece. Even though Sanders is running neck-and-neck with Joe Biden and Elizabeth Warren in the race, most rational people know that Sanders will never get the DNC primary nod. What he’s doing in the primary race in the first place is a whole other story, but it’s not primarily because the Democrat Party is one of 100 percent “inclusion”. Sanders’ place in the primaries is proof positive that the Democrat Party has no real objection to fundamentally transforming America into a socialist state, just as Sanders and his Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez-led “Squad” wants.

Socialists like Sanders get mighty lofty when discussing things like returning the modern day media to credibility and accountability: “When we have had real journalism, we have seen crimes like Watergate exposed and confronted, leading to anti-corruption reforms. When we have lacked real journalism, we have seen crimes like mortgage fraud go unnoticed and unpunished, leading to a devastating financial crisis that destroyed millions of Americans’ lives,” Sanders laments. What about crimes like Benghazi, hoaxes like ‘The Russians stole the election from Hillary Clinton’ one, coup d’etats like the one mounted—and still maintained by the FBI—etc., etc., etc.? Unfortunately, the “real journalism” of our day is dominated by Fake News, Click Bait, and continuously overwhelmed by the “I hate Trump!” Hollywood and Entertainment Industry malcontents. The smothering of Conservative voices by social media happened long before the 2020 election campaign got underway. Conservative news sites have been under water ever since Donald Trump won the 2016 election, with Google and Facebook promising Trump will never win in 2020 as long as they’re still the Who’s Who running the digital world. Sanders’ vow that,“When I am president, my administration will put in place policies that will reform the media industry and better protect independent journalism at both the local and national levels,” carries just about as much weight as Joe Biden’s promise to cure cancer if he is elected president.

“At precisely the moment when we need more reporters covering the healthcare crisis, the climate emergency, and economic inequality, we have television pundits paid tens of millions of dollars to pontificate about frivolous political gossip, as local news outlets are eviscerated,” Sanders writes. That doesn’t stop Sanders from guesting for the same television pundits. “The negative effects are predictable: according to a working paper by researchers at Notre Dame and the University of Illinois, when newsrooms are hollowed out, overall costs to taxpayers rise, because there are fewer reporters scrutinizing government transactions. But that never stops governments from raising taxes to continue their social engineering schemes.
“To be sure, when we see the Miami Herald exposé on Jeffrey Epstein or the Charleston Gazette-Mail’s courageous reporting on the opioid crisis, we know that good reporters are still overcoming the odds and managing to produce essential journalism that scrutinizes power, exposes wrongdoing, and challenges the status quo. But we know that those success stories are too often the exception and not the norm. We also know that Donald Trump is making things far worse. He is a pathological liar who has spent his presidency trying to demonize journalists when they dare to debunk his lies.”

“Pathological liars” dominate the Democrat Party

“Pathological liars” dominate the Democrat Party even though they’re demonizing both the president and any who voted for him. “We need to rebuild and protect a diverse and truly independent press so that real journalists can do the critical jobs that they love, and that a functioning democracy requires,” Sanders wrote. Curious that Sanders, a career politician since 1981, has never tried to “rebuild and protect a diverse and truly independent press” until now. You can stop singing the Commie Blues anytime now, Sen. Sanders. We had enough of Communist-loving Sanders when he sang shirtless in Moscow during his ‘honeymoon’. Moscow hasn’t changed since then. And, sadly, neither has Bernie Sanders.
