The world we all grew up in has become a dark and lonely place as the politicians of our day try to remove every trace of our Creator from the Public Square. Following the lead of the World Economic Forum (WEF), the Marxist Democrats don’t believe in God, they think of themselves as God. Like WEF leader Klaus Schwab, they continue to toss out all that is good and steep our world in thorough Marxist misery. Like the proverbial voice calling out from the wilderness, Rosebrock reminds us of the First Commandment:

In the ungodly world in which the Democrat Marxists have plunged us, at least two of their leaders are stealing President Lincoln’s words, rewriting them to suit their own personal use.
Think about this: Godless, self-serving politicians of our day, most recently embittered Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney, pretend to be the reincarnation of God-loving President Abraham Lincoln. In Cheney’s case, she dared to transition the late great president for her own self aggrandizement—his gender and intent— when voters gave her the boot in Tuesday primaries. “Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney was blasted by Republicans and conservatives after she compared herself to Abraham Lincoln in her concession speech following Tuesday’s primary loss. (NY Post, Aug. 17, 2022)
“Abraham Lincoln was defeated in elections for the Senate and the House before he won the most important election of all,” Cheney said of the 16th president after she was soundly beaten by Trump-backed challenger Harriet Hageman. “Lincoln ultimately prevailed,” Cheney went on. “He saved our union and he defined our obligation as Americans for all of history. Speaking at Gettysburg of the great task remaining before us, Lincoln said, ‘That we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain. That this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom and a government of the people, by the people and for the people shall not perish from this Earth.’ “As we meet here tonight,” the daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney intoned, “that remains our greatest and most important task.” “A clear message is being sent about what the Republican Party needs to be,” Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) tweeted in response. “It’s not anything like liar Liz Cheney, who is nothing like Abraham Lincoln.” “Liz Cheney compared herself to Abraham Lincoln last night in her concession speech,” Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) chimed in. “Abraham Lincoln freed the slaves from the Democrats, he didn’t become a slave to the Democrats.” “Conservative author Tim Young echoed that sentiment, saying, “Liz Cheney compared herself to Abraham Lincoln because I believe she’s truly delusional, wants a Civil War and thinks her side would win.”

Lincoln Swipe Meister Barack Obama never bothered stepping to remind Cheney that he was first to emulate Lincoln. “Back when he announced his candidacy in Lincoln's former home of Springfield, Ill., in February 2007, Obama repeatedly invoked Lincoln's legacy: "Abraham Lincoln...had his doubts. He had his defeats. He had his setbacks. But through his will and his words, he moved a nation and helped free a people. It is because of the millions who rallied to his cause that we are no longer divided, North and South, slave and free.” (USNews, Nov. 20, 2008)

Instead Obama rammed through his personal policy of The ‘Fundamental Transformation of America’, a policy he continues to push on the U.S. through his stand-in president, his own former vice president, Joe Biden. Never up front, but behind the scenes, now carried out from a private life in luxury, Obama’s the same community activist he always was and always will be.
