Mysteries and Mystique Abound At Canada Free Press

In present day desktop publishing, publishing a Conservative/Christian news site online comes with a smattering of misadventures, some of which fall under an aura of mystique. Knowing that we survived the same kind of misadventures back in the days when Canada Free Press was a Toronto-based investigative print journal, we’ve been there before. Misadventures and mystique seem to be the nature of the beast.

For the past ten years without fail, early each and every Saturday morning, Ray DiLorenzo submitted his well-read columns to CFP. Because Ray is one of the best writers out there, to us his 10-year-long column submissions were like CFP’s much anticipated Saturday morning sunrises.

Today, in place of Ray’s regular column, we found the following note: “By the time you read this, I will be in England. I was honored to be invited to a conference on the Ukraine War in Cambridge, UK.

“You are equally honored to get an editorial this week from our staff of distinguished generals, General McInerney and General Vallely.”

Because this would leave CFP readers up in the air, we went straight to the proverbial horse’s mouth by phoning Ray, where we found a new recoded message indicating that he should be reached by text. So we texted him the following:

“Ray, was stunned to find this message when we went looking for your column as usual this morning: ‘By the time you read this, I will be in England. I was honored to be invited to a conference on the Ukraine War in Cambridge, UK’.

“You are equally honored to get an editorial this week from our staff of distinguished generals, General McInerney and General Vallely.”

"Many CFP readers will be wondering, as CFP is, what happened to Ray DiLorenzo’s well-read columns. Whatever did happen, we, as always, wish Ray the best.

"But we still believe that your many readers deserve an explanation.

"Any ideas?

"Best,

"Judi and Brian"

Ray texted back: “They will get a report on the conference next week.”

“They” being the generals at ‘Stand Up America US Foundation’.

Because CFP puts its readers first, we don’t like it that our readers have been left, so to speak, up in the air.

Meanwhile, being two weeks and two days out from the April 28 federal election, CFP has bigger mysteries, and more mystique to wade through.

Few media outlets are reporting about the potential of Canada coming under the control of World Economic Forum Communism.
