imageAs much as for the most closely watched race of the night in Searchlight, Nevada, where Tea Party favourite Sharron Angle battles Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Canada Free Press (CFP) will be rooting for John Kupiec for Congress. Not blessed with the same Big Name recognition of some of the main players in tonight’s race, Kupiec rides high on the hopes and prayers of legions of people left in the dust of the tragic collapse of the not-so-long-ago thriving Flint, Michigan, as the standard bearer in Michigan’s 5th Congressional District. In a race, Democrat described as “razor thin”, Kupiec is up against Democrat Congressman Dale E. Kildee, ironically endorsed by the Michigan Sierra Club and the Clear Water Action, both of whom seem oblivious of the pollution of the dust from the collapse of Flint’s automotive industry.

“This time in American history calls for Patriots, and that call is ever present in my life,” says Kupiec. “It has been said that if you want to fix Washington, just put ten farmers in there. I’m asking you to help put me, one farmer, in place to represent all that is good and right in America.” Words that could describe what is at stake in a midterm election where expectations run high that Republicans will pick up at least the 40 seats needed to retake control of the House after four years of devastating Democratic rule. When polls close tonight, CFP will provide a front page LiveFeed in part from Kupiec’s campaign at the Holiday Inn, with editors Judi McLeod and Arthur Weinreb on deck, complete with chat room for any who want to write in. It’s the most most vital election of our lifetime and not just Americans, but advocates of a Free World from nations far and wide, will be watching largely “because without America, there is no Free World”. No matter how many seats are captured, every one won by a conservative opens the window necessary to Take Back America. Fame garnered through hard-fought campaigns will lift some candidates to office, others may get there through courtesy of being driven by the well known “Wing and a Prayer”. God bless all true American patriots in tonight’s historic race, and please God, let it be `Farmer’s Night’ in Michigan!
