A Biden presidency may very well be a national security risk

The Gift of Gaffe

Joe Biden: The Gift of GaffeOld Joe can't seem to help it. He's a walking gaffe machine, making inappropriate and totally misguided remarks wherever he goes. In a campaign, it's the gift that keeps on giving to the opposition. Whether it is part of his personality or, as President Trump has said, "there may be something else going on", it is for someone else to make a final determination.

Biden: barely acceptable as a candidate, dangerous as a president

Biden says he cares about truth, not facts. He sometimes doesn't know where he is or he confuses his wife with his sister. What about the aggressive and combative words and body language he uses continually when confronted with a question he can't answer or when the question is rhetorical and not to his liking? When he invites antagonists to go outside with him and settle their differences, he is not merely being inappropriate. I believe he knows he is in decline and is overcompensating...just sayin'. Some would assert that President Trump does the same thing. Not true. This president knows exactly what he is saying, especially to our enemies and calculates it to effect. This is one of the Trump attributes that drives his adversaries crazy. They don't understand this kind of communication. They have been so ineffective for so long, they can't recognize cogency when they see and hear it. There seems to be no thinking or calculation behind what Biden says...barely acceptable as a candidate, dangerous as a president. Many Democrats and Never Trumpers would rather see a more congenial, even if inadequate, president. I'll choose the effective president every time, thank you very much. The Democrat Party apparently has chosen its presidential nominee, at least for now. Primaries and caucuses to the DNC are for show. The Party elite seems to have called a halt to the nomination process with most candidates calling it quits just before Super Tuesday 3/3. Yes, there are still votes to be cast, but if the wrong person is chosen, the Party elite or super delegates will step in and choose who they want. It was evident in 2016. It's a strange twist from a Party that wants to see the end of the Electoral College and the nation go to a popular vote.

He personifies the modern Democrat Party...confused, with values that travel like dust in the wind

There is loud whispering that if Biden should be elected, it will not be a normal presidency. Biden will be a figurehead that does what he is told. If that is true, who are these unelected people that presume to govern this nation? Putting aside his cognitive issues, Biden is the perfect Democrat candidate for president. He personifies the modern Democrat Party...confused, with values that travel like dust in the wind. Biden desperately tries to click with such a wide variety of voters that he can't admit to having any values at all. When he stopped in mid-sentence..."All men are created equal and endowed by their...well, you know the rest of it". Did he forget?...possibly, or did he he stop short of mentioning to a Democrat crowd the big no, no...God? As the lead candidate, Biden's main problem is that he has no burning coalition that feel compelled to vote for him. Too few people imagine the former vice president as a persuasive choice. Sanders' supporters have said they will not vote for him. He is more of a first degree compromise that many will not abide. Since the Democrats frequently lecture us on what is presidential and what isn't, Biden habitually says what is on the tip of his tongue rather than in his brain. He seems to consider nothing. It just comes out. Is this presidential material? A Biden presidency may very well be a national security risk. It is almost amusing to watch while he is in a harmless position, but what would it be like to watch him as president? What about nations, both friend and foe, that hang upon every word of the President of the United States? Will his gaffes get us in trouble? Will a President Biden be a laughing stock to the world? What is just as somber is watching a major political party push a man to assume the highest office in the world who clearly has no clothes.
