Trump Whistleblower: Choice Of Lawyer Rises Suspicions

Mark S. ZaidPosted on Gosint "That [Mark] Zaid is involved in this case leads me to believe that the CIA whistleblower is either an idiot who has no idea what he's gotten himself into or he's been directed to make his 'disclosure'." -- Former CIA officer and whistleblower John Kiriakou "The CIA advised that on February 24, 2003, it was contacted by Mark Zaid and Roy Krieger. They told the CIA on February 24 that a client of theirs [Jeffrey Sterling] had contacted them on February 21, 2003, and that that client, that unnamed client at the time voiced his concerns about an operation that was nuclear in nature, and he threatened to go to the media." -- Ashley Hunt -- FBI witness at the Jeffrey Sterling trial

The Spying Game — Is ‘No Rules’ the New Rule?

The Spying Game — Is ‘No Rules’ the New Rule, American and Russian intelligence services have long held a gentlemen’s agreement--often referred to as Moscow rules--that limited how they engaged with each other. Under these rules, they agreed not to attack each other physically and not to engage in certain types of activities. In the light of recent events, one can only wonder if the spooks are still playing the game by these rules?

UK--National Archives Release Prime Ministerial 1993 Papers, Withhold Lockerbie File

Margaret Thatcher at the scene of the Lockerbie bombing On July 24 2018, the National Archives released files from the Prime Minister’s Office and Cabinet Office predominantly covering the year of 1993. A Lockerbie file dated 1992-93 has been withheld, as well as four files relating to the Scott arms-to-Iraq inquiry. This amazing ‘coincidence’, unnoticed by the media, deserves some explanation for it may not be a coincidence at all. Follow us on Twitter: @Intel_Today

Was Lockerbie Key Evidence Antedated?

Q Well, I understood you to tell us that these were contemporaneous notes that you prepared as you were carrying out your examinations; is that right? A Yes. But presumably our definitions of "contemporaneous" are different. --Testimony of Dr Hayes at the Lockerbie trial, Page 2592.
The discovery of a tiny fragment of a Swiss timer played an essential role in the Lockerbie investigation. In fact, according to the FBI agent who led the US part of the investigation, an indictment would have been impossible without that piece of evidence.

J’accuse

“If the appeal is heard, there is not a snowball's chance in hell that the prosecution case will survive.” Those are the words of Dr. Jim Swire, father of Flora, who died on Pan Am 103. In the first session of the appeal, which began April 28 and will run until May 22, the defense team is determined to thoroughly discredit the testimony of the main trial witness, Tony Gauci.

Lockerbie suitcase bomb: Scientific implausibility

Science without conscience is the soul's perdition. François Rabelais -- PANTAGRUEL, 1532. ABSTRACT We argue that the original reports regarding the location of the bomb that exploded aboard Pan Am 103 are seriously flawed. We conclude that the verdict is scientifically implausible.

Lockerbie witnesses were paid

Now it appears there is a blustery effort on the part of the Clinton administration to convince the skeptics it is finally getting serious. First, there was the unveiling of the WANTED poster, featuring a photograph of the two Libyans on the inside lid of a suitcase laden with $4 million cash bounty… Those who financed and planned the deadliest ever terrorist attack on American citizens continue to remain unindicted. The remarkable silence invites suspicion that the US government is engaged in little more than another calculated effort to ignore the larger issues: Iran's motivations for revenge, and the US government's responsibility. U.S. Navy Captain Dave Carlson, April 9, 1995:

At the same time, Jibril has maintained his militia force, supported Syrian military initiatives in Lebanon, and attacked Israel targets in Israel and Lebanon" - DIA Document Uncovered by the Author— Date Unknown

Suspicious activities at the crash site

Part 173 –DECEMBER 22 1988 "I need not go into the rest of the story and the explosion, except to say that some of us believe that, within hours, the Americans had guessed, at a very high level, what had gone wrong. It is a matter of fact that the American helicopters were on site within an hour and 25 minutes. It began back in December 1988, New Year's Eve to be precise, when a police officer, a constituent and friend, came to me and said that he was very worried about so many Americans, on the awful site of Lockerbie, searching and rummaging through the wreckage, and possibly destroying important evidence." Tam Dalyell [1]

Was Abu Nidal CIA asset?

Part 150 – NOVEMBER 29 1988 Will there therefore be more attacks, more operations? Yes. But at the present, I am content to watch Arafat destroy himself with this so-called moderation and peace process.
