Jurassic Park; Scientific Prophecy or Lucky Guess

If you've ever watched the movie or read the novel Jurassic Park, then no doubt you've had at least one nightmare of being attacked by a Velociraptor. It is nothing to be ashamed about, it really has happened to us all. What's worse though--worse even than attacking Velociraptors--is the fact that the John Crichton might not have been too far off the mark.

Belgium: Eurabization Report 2007

By Filip Dewinter, www.islam-watch.org The situation in Belgium does not differ significantly from the situation in other Western European countries, except for the fact that it might be worse here than elsewhere because Belgium is an artificial state without a national identity to defend.

Two-faced oil Sheiks who trade in terror

image By Prof. Michael Burleigh, Daily Mail The arrival yesterday of King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia on a state visit has already generated more than the usual share of hypocrisy from both sides of a relationship built not on affection but on oil and commerce. Even before he set off from Riyadh, the King chided our security services for allegedly ignoring Saudi warnings about the imminence of the 7/7 London bombings and for being half-hearted in combating terrorism. Since Saudi Arabia is perhaps the most potent force behind global terrorism, promoting a deeply fundamentalist strain of Islamic theology worldwide, this must be one of the most hypocritical statements of all time.

Dark Matter Not Matter…

For a long time now, dark matter has been the explanation for one of those space anomalies that no one has quite been able to figure out. The anomaly? The visible and interesting stuff that hangs around our universe--stars, planets, gasses and dust--are simply not heavy enough.

The Necklace

Gujarat, India. Gold and woman are almost synonymous to each other. It is very rare to find a woman who does not get attracted towards gold and jewelry. It is the same with me also, but most of us are not aware that the net gold investment turns out to be a loss instead of gain. How? Well, you will be able to find more about it when you read my experience and co-relate it with that of yours.

News Media Revolt: Is Canada Next

Journalism faces a crisis around the world and unless it's fixed, society is in big trouble, American scholar and media activist Robert McChesney says. "The market's not going to solve the problem.... The technology's not going to rescue us."

The Internet and the Future

An ABC News article headlined a story on the internet with "Is it Time to Scrap the Internet and Start Over?" And it is a question that a lot of people are asking these days. So much of what the internet is has evolved long after the original conception. So much so, it's become outdated.

TXT of the Living Dead

In a day and age where technology has provided us with giant leaps forward, it is no surprise that the most popular aspects of said technology are the humorous ones. Take, for example the internet. Putting aside porn for a moment, one of the most popular meme's - a theoretical unit of cultural information--is the act of putting bad spelling with photos.

Are we All Nazis Now

One of the greatest injustices to the victims of racism, and in particular the holocaust, is the trivialization of it. One does not have to agree with the Dutch "Islamophobic" anti-immigration politicians Geert Wilders or Rita Verdonk, but what kind of person writes something like: "Whenever I see people such as Wilders and Verdonk I think of the Kristallnacht! The moment the Jews were rounded up..."?

Anti-Islamization Protesters Left Bloodied with Beating with Iron Bars and Stabbing by Muslim thugs

imageby Adrian Morgan. As I mentioned earlier a campaign has been mounted in Europe called Stop Islamisation of Europe. This group's aim is self-evident - to oppose multicultural policies which have allowed Islamists to wield political influence, and the encroachment of Islam in Europe. They regard this spread of a potentially violent religion/ideology as a threat to the values which built Europe. They are not racist - their slogan is "Racism is the lowest form of human stupidity, but Islamophobia is the height of common sense."

Comet Holmes Experiences Millionfold Explosion of Light

Astronomy is one of those sciences that anyone can really get a hang of. Not to say that those who study it aren't far and above us in terms of understanding, but unlike physics or chemistry, it isn't reliant on unfathomable precepts. All you need is a decent dictionary (Wikipedia for preference) and some time to read.
