The Smartest Guy Joe Knows Is Pretty Dumb

Throughout the scandals of the last few years, former Vice President Joe Biden has repeatedly heaped praise on his troubled son Hunter. In several interviews, including one this week, he has referred to Hunter as the “smartest guy” he knows. To make such a statement, it is clear that Joe Biden needs a much larger circle of acquaintances. Is Joe Biden even qualified to identify a smart person? In fact, how smart is Joe Biden? The record shows he is the antithesis of smart. From his many asinine comments to his long record of questionable associations to his multiple episodes of outright plagiarism, Joe Biden is certainly not smart.

Time For Another Absurd Person Of The Year Award

There was a time in America when the three broadcast television networks enjoyed a monopoly and the major newspapers such as the Washington Post and the New York Times were extremely powerful. During that time, weekly magazines were also popular and considered must reading. For decades, Time Magazine was quite influential in our country. Every year, the magazine would award their "Man of the Year" or "Woman of the Year." Readers truly looked forward to this year-end announcement, probably not realizing the left-wing tilt of the magazine. As evidence, the award winners have often been Democrat Presidents like Harry Truman, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, and Lyndon Johnson, who each won the award twice and Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who won three times. In addition, John F. Kennedy, and Jimmy Carter both won the award once. 

This Crisis Demands a Constitutional Analysis of Voting Machines

There are constitutional rules on how prisons are operated, how zoning laws must be drafted and what rights members of the LGBT community must be accorded; however, there are no rules regarding modern voting machines, as well as the hardware and software used to tabulate votes. Clearly, some constitutional rules should apply to these machines because they control our most basic rights, which includes the right to vote and the right to have it counted honestly.

Our winners have included local political leaders such as former New Orleans Mayors Ray Nagin and Mitch Landrieu, as well as non-politicians, such as filmmaker Michael Moore. The award has been given to both Republicans and Democrats, depending on who is the biggest “Turkey of the Year.”

2020 ELECTION SHOWED LIMITS OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM

In the 2020 election, the far left failed miserably. At the presidential level, Donald Trump added 11 million votes to his 2016 total. In other races, the GOP had a particularly good Election Day as Republicans gained control of at least a dozen U.S. House seats, a governorship, three state legislative bodies and probably retained control of the U.S. Senate, although the answer will not be known until the outcome of the two Georgia races are decided in January.

OBAMA MAKES UNWELCOME RETURN

Former President Barack Obama is back in the public eye after spending the last several years in the shadows. During the Trump presidency, Obama has not been in the spotlight, preferring to make high paid speeches and enjoy the lifestyle of the rich and famous. In recent weeks, the former President turned his attention to politics again, starting with his prime-time speech at the Democratic National Convention. Since then, he has been very vocal in his support of former Vice President Joe Biden, his running mate in two national elections.

It seems 2020 officially will be the worst year in modern history. A pandemic produced in China and used by Democrats and the media to create hysteria in the public led to millions of unsolicited ballots being sent to Americans across the country. This process was totally abused and the “counting” continued until enough ballots were tabulated showing former Vice President Joe Biden in the lead in several key battleground states.

This current presidential race feels all so familiar. Like the 2016 race, the latest polls show Donald Trump significantly behind his Democratic opponent. Once again, the media is confidently predicting his demise and delighting in their dream of an upcoming Democratic victory.

Traditional Values Can Make A Comeback

At a town hall forum televised on ABC this week, former Vice President Joe Biden offered his support for eight-year-old children to undergo gender transition. Responding to a question from a mother of a transgender child, Biden said, “The idea that an eight year-old child or a ten year-old child decides, ‘you know I decided, I want to be transgender, that’s what I think I’d like to be, it’d make my life a lot easier.’ There should be zero discrimination.”

The Debate Is Over About The Biased Commission

Ever since the formation of the Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD) in 1987, there has been incredible bias against Republican candidates. The moderators and format have always favored the Democratic presidential candidates. Thus, it has been incredibly foolish for GOP presidential candidates to agree to participate in such an unfair process. Once again, this year, the Trump campaign allowed the CPD to schedule and organize four debates, three involving the presidential candidates and one featuring the vice-presidential candidates. Not surprisingly, all the moderators selected were unabashed liberals.

The Party of Hate

The Democratic Party of today bears little resemblance to the political home of former Presidents such as Harry Truman and John F. Kennedy. In those days, the leaders of the Democratic Party, like their GOP counterparts, were unabashedly patriotic. While Democrats and Republicans had different economic and foreign policy positions, both parties shared a fundamental love of our country, as well as its history and traditions.

In May of 2017, President Trump did the right thing and fired FBI Director James Comey, the individual at the center of the attempt to overturn the 2016 election results. Comey orchestrated the spying efforts on President Trump and his campaign, which included the FBI improperly applying for four separate Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court warrants to eavesdrop on campaign aide Carter Page. He also authorized a politically motivated investigation into Lt. General Michael Flynn and encouraged the entrapment of Flynn by his FBI agents in an infamous White House interview.

Trump Deserves Higher Honor Than Nobel Prize

For over one hundred years, the Nobel Peace Prize has been awarded. In that time, this honor has been viewed as the ultimate prize for any political leader. Recipients are supposed to be great diplomats who have brokered historic peace agreements. In contrast, the recipients are often left-wing politicians who have a suitable political agenda for the five-person Nobel Peace Prize committee.

Today, it is the third largest tire company in the world with 63,000 employees. In addition, Americans have become accustomed to seeing one of the nine Goodyear Blimps at major sporting events across the country. Unfortunately, this company with a very patriotic image is led by left wing activists who are doing their best to squelch free speech, especially if it is promoting conservative causes.
