The Willful Neglect Of The American People

This week marks one year since Russia invaded Ukraine. The war has been extremely costly for both sides. While Russia has been condemned by the international community for their aggression, Ukraine has been receiving significant support from many European countries and the United States. To date, the Biden administration has provided Ukraine with over $100 billion in military equipment and humanitarian aid.

Sadly, neither the United States nor our European allies are pushing for a peaceful settlement of this war. There is no end in sight to the war or to the financial and military commitment of the United States.

OUR POLICE CRISIS

America needs more police officers. In cities across the nation, officers are retiring and resigning in record numbers. With police shortages, more violent criminals roam the streets of our country to prey on innocent victims. For example, New Orleans is the Murder Capital of the nation and has a shortage of over 600 police officers. 

Police officers face constant scrutiny and oversight. While some officers abuse this public trust and are removed from their positions, the vast majority serve with distinction in very difficult circumstances. 

CHINA: OUR TEFLON ENEMY

The communist dictators of China are brutal authoritarians who have been repressing the basic human rights of their own people for decades.

In China, citizens do not have an independent media or the freedom to speak, assemble, petition their government, or practice their religious faith.

TO SAVE AMERICA, TRUMP IN 2024

The last 2+ years have taken a horrific toll on the American people. Under President Joe Biden, a once thriving economy is saddled with $31.5 trillion in federal debt, stubborn inflation, rising interest rates, and increasing consumer debt.

THE REPUBLICAN PARTY IS ADDICTED TO LOSING

On Friday, the 168 members of the Republican National Committee (RNC) re-elected Ronna Romney McDaniel as the party’s chair. This will be her fourth term as RNC Chair, the longest tenure since Edwin Morgan finished eight years at the party’s helm in 1864.

In serving as the first RNC Chairman, Morgan undoubtedly deserved such longevity. Did McDaniel deserve another term? If Republicans had been winning elections in the last six years, there would be overwhelming support for McDaniel to continue her leadership of the party.

DEMOCRATS ARE DESTROYING LOUISIANA

As other Southern states, such as Texas and Florida, continue to enjoy explosive economic growth, Louisiana is suffering from the impact of misguided policies. While other states flourished during the pandemic and embraced freedom, Louisiana enforced lockdown policies and COVID mandates pushed by liberal Democrat Governor John Bel Edwards and liberal Mayors such as LaToya Cantrell of New Orleans.

GOP REBELS DESERVE CREDIT FOR FIRST WEEK SUCCESS

While the House of Representatives were using fifteen ballots to elect Congressman Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) as Speaker, some Republican politicians and commentators grew impatient. Their anger was directed at the twenty Freedom Caucus members who refused to immediately support McCarthy for House Speaker. The criticism flowed from the usual suspects in the Democratic Party, but also from conservatives in the media and elected Republicans. In fact, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, and Congressman Dan Crenshaw (R-TX), called these twenty conservative Republicans, "terrorists."

NO JOKE, OUR WORST PRESIDENT WANTS ANOTHER TERM

The frail, mentally incompetent 80-year-old President of the United States wants to serve in the most demanding position in the world for another six years. Unfortunately, this is no joke, as Biden administration insiders are reporting that the President is preparing to soon announce his re-election campaign kickoff. Having President Joe Biden even entertain such a possibility is pure lunacy. Biden is certainly mentally incompetent, and his faculties are in serious decline. For years, Americans have witnessed his never-ending gaffes and his propensity for forgetfulness. Often, he even has difficulty exiting the stage after a speech.

AMERICA'S PERSECUTED POLITICAL PRISONERS

Almost two years after the January 6, 2021, Washington D.C. protests that Democrats and the mainstream news media call an "insurrection," the Department of Justice (DOJ) is still asking for the public's help in identifying more people to arrest. Of the 964 individuals charged with crimes for their participation in the protests of January 6, 2021, "hundreds" are still in Washington D.C. prisons today. The conditions in these prisons are so horrific that 34 January 6^th (J6) prisoners asked for a transfer to the military terrorist prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (Gitmo). In their letter pleading for a transfer, the J6 prisoners said that Gitmo would provide what they are lacking in their D.C. prison, namely "nutritional meals, sunlight exposure, top notch medical care," and respect for "religious requirements."

THE WAR AGAINST WE THE PEOPLE

In the preamble of the U.S. Constitution, our Founding Fathers declared that the brilliant centerpiece of our government was created by "We the People of the United States." It was clearly not, "We the Politicians" or "We the Bureaucrats." Unfortunately, our federal government has utterly abandoned "We the People." It was never more apparent than in the disgusting spectacle of the recently passed $1.7 trillion monstrosity known as the omnibus spending bill.

OUR PRESIDENT, THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR

The sad reality is that the President of the United States, Joe Biden, is a pathological liar. This is not a new personality trait for our Commander-in-Chief, but a characteristic that has been apparent throughout his 52-year political career. Biden has been telling lies, including massive untruths, for decades. It is a major reason he had to exit the 1988 presidential campaign. He lied about his law school grades and plagiarized speeches from United Kingdom Labor Party leader Neil Kinnock. Regularly, Biden lies about his childhood, his family, his academic career, and his record as a politician.

HIT THE ROAD RONNA ROMNEY

After another disappointing election, Republicans desperately need new leadership. The current Chairwoman, Ronna Romney McDaniel, has been exposed as an utter failure. She has been the party’s leader for almost six years, and, in that time, the GOP has lost every election: 2018, 2020, 2022 as well as three Georgia runoff races for U.S. Senate positions. While some may claim that the Republicans "won" in 2022 by seizing control of the U.S. House of Representatives, in fact, the "red wave" never materialized. With an economy this horrible, an open border, and a litany of serious failures committed by President Joe Biden and the Democrats, the Republicans should have won dozens of House seats and taken control of the U.S. Senate.

BIDEN IS RIGHT, THE PANDEMIC IS OVER

President Joe Biden is on the wrong side of almost every issue. Since Biden became President, everything from border security to our economy has deteriorated. Our country is in serious trouble because of his ineffective leadership. Yet, even an old, mentally incompetent, and lying politician, like a broken clock, can be right on rare occasions. During a September 18, 2022, interview on the CBS news program 60 Minutes, Biden said, "The pandemic is over. We still have a problem with COVID. We’re still doing a lot of work on it. But the pandemic is over." Of course, this is correct, Americans have moved on from the horrible days at the beginning of the pandemic. If only this message could be conveyed to the liberal Democrats in charge of many businesses, municipalities, states, and our federal government.

THE NEVER-ENDING TRUMP WITCH HUNT

His enemies in the media, the Deep State, the Democratic Party, and the GOP establishment will never stop targeting President Donald Trump. From the day he descended the golden escalator in 2015 and entered the presidential race until today, Donald Trump has had a political target on his back. His detractors are suffering from a severe case of “Trump Derangement Syndrome.” The latest harassment is the appointment of a special prosecutor to examine Trump’s role in the January 6th U.S. Capitol “riots,” and the transfer of sensitive documents to his Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida.

THE GOP BLAME GAME

In the end, there was no red “tsunami,” “wave,” or even “trickle.” In fact, the 2022 midterm election was a major win for the Democratic Party. Usually, in a midterm election, the party in power suffers huge losses. It happened in 1994, 2010 and 2018. It did not happen in 2022 despite the horror show being delivered by President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party. The country is suffering from historic inflation, a border invasion, massive increases in crime, a fentanyl epidemic, educational malpractice in our schools, as well as an array of other problems.

HOLD ON AMERICA, TRUMP IS COMING BACK

There is an obvious reason that President Donald Trump plays the Sam and Dave classic “Hold On, I’m Comin’” at the end of his campaign rallies. He wants to give the American people hope that our collective nightmare will eventually end. Since President Donald Trump left the White House in January of 2021, it has been unmitigated hell for the American people. With the Democrats in control of the White House and Congress, the nation has sunk into economic despair. At the end of the Trump administration, inflation and interest rates were low. The country was experiencing economic growth and recovering from the massive financial strain of the pandemic.

DEMOCRATS SCRAMBLE TO DISTRACT FROM THE ECONOMY

In the final days of the most important midterm election in American history, the Democrats, the party with absolute power, are frantically trying to distract voters from focusing on their most important priority. Polls are indicating that voters are primarily concerned about their financial well-being. A recent ABC News/Ipsos poll showed 50% of the respondents cited either the economy or inflation as the most important issue in the upcoming election. According to the poll, no other issue topped 20% among those surveyed.

JOE MUST GO

What is it going to take for the 25^th Amendment to be utilized and for President Joe Biden to be removed from office? He is 79 years old and is suffering from significant mental incapacities. Biden needs rest, medical care, and treatment for his condition. The last thing an individual with his condition needs is to be serving in the most demanding position for the most important nation in the world.

SORRY COVID MANIACS, AMERICANS ARE MOVING ON

After 31 excruciating months, Americans are ready to move on from COVID-19. Even President Joe Biden admitted that "the pandemic is over." According to a recent poll by Axios, 65% of Americans agree with Biden and see little to no risk in returning to their pre-COVID lifestyles and activities. Despite constant warnings from Dr. Anthony Fauci, Chief Medical Adviser to President Biden, to get "boosted" and remain vigilant about the threat of the virus, most Americans have had enough.
