Legal definition describes reckless endangerment as a crime, consisting of acts that create a substantial risk of serious physical injury to another person. The person who commits the act isn't even required to intend the resulting or potential harm, but must have operated in a way that showed a disregard for the foreseeable consequences of the actions.

Senator Feinstein (Senate Judiciary Committee meeting, March 2013),even implied that veterans can’t be trusted with assault weapons:” I think we have to – if you’re going to do this, find a way that veterans who are incapacitated for one reason or another mentally, don’t have access to this kind of weapon”.

The sluggish schizophrenia epidemic which plagued all political dissidents in the Soviet Union might just strike again…In the meantime there are categories of deranged individuals that our caring administration seems to be forgetting about. We cannot afford to ignore warning signs, can we? So let’s pick up the nuts!
