How angry and upset are you?

President Barack Hussein Obama has shown a great deal of affection for Islam and empathy and support for Islamists in the United States and around the world since he took office. He has continually expressed sympathy and contrition to Islamists and given his history and track record, his affection for Islam may exceed his affection for the U.S. itself. This is a matter of historical record and is the foundation on which his behaviour and foreign policy towards the Islamic world lie...behaviour and policy which have most certainly not been in the best interests of America, behaviour and policy which have been disastrous for America and behaviour and policy which may well prove to be catastrophic for the country.

Doing nothing no option

Just the latest excuse

Word out of Tehran is that Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has ordered fresh terror attacks on the West over its overt and covert support of opposition groups in Syria who are attempting to overthrow the regime there. Bashar al-Assad’s government in Damascus is Iran’s most important ally in the Middle East and Tehran believes his overthrow would have grave consequences for Iran and for Hesbollah, its terrorist proxy in Lebanon. Tehran has been assisting Assad in a wide variety of military and non-military ways and Khamenei’s order is an attempt to intimidate the West into withdrawing its support and letting the religious/civil war in Syria play itself out to its bloody end, an end which Iran hopes will see Assad remaining in power.

Don’t worry about it, Bashar

Talk about empty threats. President Obama has threatened to take military action if Syrian President Bashar al Assad were to use chemical weapons against his foes in the insurrection that is engulfing his country.

Is this a sign that the mainstream media will tell the truth about Obama?

Barack Obama is arguably the worst president in the history of the United States. He has led America and Americans to the brink of economic and social rack and ruin...flouted the law and the constitutional restraints of his office on any number of occasions...frequently lied about all manner of things...insulted, angered and caused our friends and allies to mistrust and turn away from us...made us weaker and our enemies stronger...presided over, encouraged and enabled the Islamization of the country...diminished America’s standing in the world...eroded our values, principles and institutions and severely compromised our national security.

A story as old as Islam

Shortly after Muhammad’s death 1,400 odd years ago Islam split into factions which have been at each others throats ever since. Internecine warfare began then and has continued right up to the present day. From the very beginning, all over the Islamic world adherents of different strains and interpretations of Islam have been busily killing each other in order to establish their dominance and it is continuing to happen as we speak. We see it in Syria, Egypt, Iran, the rest of the Middle East and everywhere there is a significant Islamic presence. Islamists, e.g. followers of Islam, killing other Islamists in the name of their interpretation of Islam...its a story as old as Islam itself.

No sane, rational justification for mass murder of Israeli tourists in Bulgaria

I was going to begin by saying that there are no words to describe the bus bombing in Bulgaria yesterday which targeted Israeli tourists, killing at least six of them and wounding over thirty others as of this writing. I would have been wrong. There are words, lots of them.

Terrific idea…now do it

It is glaringly obvious that the Muslim Brotherhood and Mohammed Morsi, its representative who was recently elected President of Egypt, simply cannot be trusted to act in the best interests of the United States and that their election is a direct threat to peace and security in the Middle East and the national interests and national security of the U.S. Their values and beliefs and the Islamic imperatives they operate under are also unacceptable and repugnant to Americans and totally contradictory to American values and beliefs and the American way of life.

The Enemy Within

Hamid Mohammadi is a cultural affairs counsellor with the Iranian embassy in Ottawa. During an interview he recently gave in Farsi to a website directed at Iranians living in Canada he called upon them to infiltrate the Canadian government and advance Iran’s interests both inside and outside the country. He said the embassy plans to reach out to the Iranian community in Canada by presenting cultural programs, the goal being to persuade Iranians in Canada to “be of service to our beloved Iran.”
