On my way back at noon today (Monday), I observed fourteen LV Metro Police units leaving the Bunkerville area and traveling toward Las Vegas.

On Thursday, July 25 at 1:45 PM, Senior United States District Court Judge Philip Pro stated: "Seems like this case is done." His words were in response to a dispute between attorneys for beating victim Kirk Henry and convicted racketeer Rick Rizzolo over whether additional litigation can take place between the parties.

Rizzolo Returns To Court Thursday With A New Attorney

Convicted racketeer Rick Rizzolo's latest attorney Sigal Chattah filed a new lawsuit for "Negligent interference with prospective business advantage" on November 29, 2012, against beating victim Crazy Horse Too, asking for rescission of Rizzolo's settlement agreement to pay Henry $10 million dollars in exchange for a shortened prison sentence.

How can this club open without a liquor license or adequate parking?

The CH2 does not have adequate parking even if they re-lease the space under the bridge. Neighbors complained about it for years with patrons parking on private property or taking all the curbside spaces near adjacent apartment buildings.

LAS VEGAS - Sometimes during the holidays, people are distracted and strange things can happen. Back in June 2012, the Las Vegas City Council granted temporary adult use zoning to the shuttered Crazy Horse Too strip club to help its new owners find a qualified buyer. The investment group out of Los Angeles hired a real estate agency, and this ad was placed on the internet and mailed to prospective buyers.
