When Muslims Betray Non-Muslim Friends and Neighbors

Let believers not take for friends and allies infidels rather than believers: and whoever does this shall have no relationship left with Allah—unless you but guard yourselves against them, taking precautions – Koran 3:28
Days ago, after the Islamic State [IS] entered the Syrian city of Hassakè, prompting a mass exodus of Christians, a familiar, though often overlooked scene, took place: many otherwise “normal” Muslims joined ranks with IS, instantly turning on their longtime Christian neighbors.

UK Police Knew and Did Nothing to Protect Girls from Muslim Predators

Not only do recent revelations concerning the endemic sexual grooming of British girls by Muslim men demonstrate how crippling political correctness is, but they show how political correctness complements the most abusive elements of Islamic law, or Sharia.

Christian Carnage and Western Indifference: Muslim Persecution of Christians, April 2015

--Raymond Ibrahim Note: The following represents some of the persecution Christians experienced at the hands of Muslims during the month of April, 2015 alone. After reading this, ask yourself how Western media, politicians, and other foolish talking heads would react if Muslims experienced the same sort and amount of persecution at the hands of Christians or in Western nations in just one month.

Islamic Hate for the Christian Cross

--Raymond Ibrahim Last May in Italy, a Muslim boy of African origin beat a 12-year-old girl during school because she was wearing a crucifix around her neck. The African schoolboy, who had only started to attend the school approximately three weeks earlier, began to bully the Christian girl—“insulting her and picking on her in other ways all because she was wearing the crucifix”—before he finally “punched the girl violently in the back.”

Islam's 'Baby Jihad'

--Raymond Ibrahim Islamic aspirations to dominate the world are set to happen--if not through might of arms, then apparently through sheer numbers. In 1900, the Muslim population of the world was less than 200 million. Conversely, the Christian population of the world was almost 560 million--almost three times the number of Muslims.

Jihad on Churches: Muslim Persecution of Christians, March 2015

--Raymond Ibrahim On Sunday, March 15, as Christian churches around the world were celebrating morning mass, two churches in Pakistan--one Catholic, one Protestant--were attacked by Islamic suicide bombers. At least 17 people were killed and over 70 wounded. The Taliban claimed responsibility. It is believed that the group had hoped for much greater death tolls, as there were almost 2,000 people in both churches at the time of the explosions.

The Return of Jizya

--Raymond Ibrahim Muslim demands for non-Muslim "infidels" to pay jizya on pain of death are growing, even as the West fluctuates between having no clue what jizya is and thinking that jizya is an example of "tolerance" in Islam.

Obama's Policies to Empower ISIS Exposed

--Raymond Ibrahim For months, many Western observers have been closely following the minute-by-minute developments concerning the battle between Islamic State and coalition forces in the hopes that such data will help them discern what the future may hold.

Islamic Supremacism: The True Source of Muslim ‘Grievances’

--Raymond Ibrahim In the ongoing debate (or debacle) concerning free speech/expression and Muslim grievance—most recently on exhibition at Garland, where two “jihadis” opened fire on a “Prophet Muhammad” art contest organized by Pamela Geller—one thing has become clear: the things non-Muslims can do to provoke Islamic violence is limitless and far exceeds cartoons. Writes Victor Davis Hanson for example:

"Whoever Disbelieves, Strike Off His Head": Muslim Persecution of Christians, February 2015

--Raymond Ibrahim Around mid-February, the Islamic State released a video depicting 21 Coptic Christians being decapitated. The executions took place in Libya, another nation along with Syria and Iraq where the Islamic State has carved a niche for itself. While holding their victims’ bodies down, Islamic State members shoved their fingers in the Christians’ eyes, craned their heads back, and sliced away at their throats with knives—all in the name of Allah and Islam, even as the slaughtered called out on the “Lord Jesus Christ.”

Islam’s ‘Reformation’ Is Already Here—and It’s Called ‘ISIS’

Raymond Ibrahim The idea that Islam needs to reform is again in the spotlight following the recent publication of Ayaan Hirsi Ali’s new book, Heretic: Why Islam Needs a Reformation Now. While Ali makes the argument that Islam can reform—and is in desperate need of taking the extreme measures she suggests to do so—many of her critics offer a plethora of opposing claims, including that Islam need not reform at all.

The Islamic Genocide of Christians: Past and Present

Raymond Ibrahim Last Friday, April 24, we remembered how exactly 100 years ago the last historic Muslim caliphate, the Ottoman Empire, tried to cleanse its empire of Christian minorities -- Armenians, Assyrians, and Greeks -- even as we stand by watching as the new caliphate, the Islamic State, resumes the genocide.

Obama Breaks Promise on 100th Anniversary of Armenian Genocide

Raymond Ibrahim As the world continues to look on in dismay at the barbaric atrocities committed against Christian minorities by the Islamic State--the self-proclaimed new "caliphate"--today, April 24, marks the genocide of Armenian and other Christian minorities by Turkey's Islamic Ottoman Empire--the last caliphate.

For a Possible Preview of Their Future, Western Christians Should Consider the Mideast

Raymond Ibrahim NRO note: This weekend ISIS released a new video showing some 30 Ethiopian Christian men being beheaded in Libya for refusing to convert to Islam (or to pay a tax for refusing to do so). This comes two months after 21 Egyptian Coptic Christian men were martyred at the hands of ISIS for the same reason. Christians and other religious minorities are being targeted, and their future in the Middle East is in peril. Raymond Ibrahim, author of Crucified Again: Exposing Islam's New War on Christians (2013) and The Al Qaeda Reader (2007), and Shillman Fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center and a Judith Friedman Rosen Writing Fellow at the Middle East Forum, talks about what we know.--KJL
