Why Liberals Use Law for Control, While Conservatives Use Law for Protection

An end run is being done around the traditional American approach to legislation and change. The result is a kind of tyranny by unethical strategy, or as Friedreich Nietzsche described – a Will to Power. But one important point escapes the minds of the leftists who seem to believe all power is self-justifying. Once principle is tossed aside in a mad dash for power, all players, including leftists, are then at heightened risk for being crushed under the wheel of the abuse of power. A cursory gloss of the Nazi and Russian Revolutions proves this point.

The Dark Solipsism of Barack: Why a “Leadership” Vacuum May Not Bother Him at All

Obama has now been officially categorized as a failed president of foreign policy. Perhaps it's now only a matter of time before his transparent ineptness is blamed for America's domestic debacle of the last 5 years. But what if there were a different interpretation of Barack, his values and decision making?

Why Founder John Jay’s Christian Statesmanship is Desperately Needed by America

One could call Founder John Jay a forgotten patriot. Yet, Jay led an extremely eventful and influential life, and the US Constitution might not have been drafted without his insistence on a stronger federal government. Further, he advocated relentlessly against slavery. Jay helped frame the argument for war against England, was President of the Continental Congress, Secretary of Foreign Affairs, and held several important foreign ministry posts, and of course, helped compose the immortal Federalist Papers.

Obama’s Puerile Molestation of the Constitution is Gruesome & Exceptionally Dangerous

(15 Reasons Why America Must Embrace Bible-Friendly Policy to Survive the 3rd Millennium) It has become painfully clear that Barack holds an al a carte theory of American law--to be taken piece by piece, but not by whole. For example, he clearly does not consider the Constitution binding, unless its' mandates already fit into his plans.

The American Right to Revolt Against Tyranny: Part C—Founders & John Locke

The Founding Fathers were in favor of the right to revolt against tyranny. This is obvious despite widespread current attempts by progressives to suggest armed revolt and the 2nd Amendment would be opposed by the Founders today. But how logical would be the notion that Americans could own guns, but not use them to defend themselves?

The American Right to Revolt Against Tyranny: Part A—Ancient Roots

The American Republic was founded upon Revolution. Talk of resisting King George's tyranny had long been in the air in the colonies. When the crown refused to take heed of the colonists complaints, the Americans decided they had a right to take up arms in their grievance. Most importantly, the naturally religious Americans found biblical warrant for their armed resistance against tyranny in the ancient world and also in great theologians like Thomas Aquinas, John Calvin, Johanne Althusius and Samuel Rutherford.

Journalist Lemmings Dive Off Cliff While AG Holder Spies, Blusters & Prevaricates

Of all of the accidentally hilarious aspects of the implosion of Obama's War Against the Bill of Rights, none is more informative than his broadside against journalism and Freedom of the Press. What does it say about those who take their very sustenance from the 1st Amendment Free Speech clause that many want to extinguish other people's constitutional liberties at every possible opportunity?

The Dice Man Cometh: Would Sheer Chance be a Better Model for Obama?

Upon the convergence of three evolving and daunting scandals, and in the teeth of repeated policy failures of unusually repetitive and desultory consistency, let's make a humble request of Barack. If it must be an unending litany of failure, broken promises and unfulfilled visions--might we not try a different tack?

Liberal Rednecks: A Salute

The term Liberal Redneck will strike progressives as an absurd contradiction. Yet, Conservatives will have an immediate, wearying familiarity with the angry, judgmental, uninformed and doctrinaire viewpoint of this group. In fact, the Liberal Redneck is every bit as small-minded, bigoted, dismissive, self-righteous, judgmental, uneducated and intolerant as the worst fundamentalist.

Obama as Messiah—Anointing Oil Included!

Obama, Frackin' Capitalists
Recent developments in the American petroleum sector have utterly exposed the rhetorical excesses of Obama, suggesting his speeches are designed towards supporting a certain ideology over known facts. During a period where Barack's energy policy can be succinctly quoted as, "We can't drill our way out," huge advances are being made in stateside production, daily. In fact, America recently passed Saudi Arabia as the world's #1 petroleum producer. Moreover, the EIA announced the US will be fully energy independent by the year 2035.

Jihad: A Study in Perpetual War Against the West

Jihad is the doctrine in Islam which directs its followers to armed assault against non-believers. The recent Boston pressure cooker bombing was committed by two Muslim believers, proving Obama has done nothing to permanently halt the threat of Muslim terrorism.

John Locke, Freedom of Religion & America

Christian Origins of Essential American Doctrines

In midst of the modern, mindless battle to drive religion completely from American life, a small and inconvenient fact has been ignored: Virtually every important, original American idea is a product of Christianity. Further, had these doctrines never been developed, the US would arguably not been nearly as productive, free or happy. These ideas involve property, liberty, and the rule of law.
