Obama’s Internet Supporters Are All Pot Heads and Poker Addicts

You know, we all love the Internet. Heck, I make a good portion of my living on Al Gore’s most famous invention so it gets a big thumbs up from me, for sure. But we have to admit that there are an awful lot of goofballs on these Internet tubes. In some ways, the whole venue isn’t quite ready from prime time, if you will.

Frivolous Spending by the President and First Lady

Before Obama willy-nilly flies all over the country and overseas, I wish he would think how much money he is constantly costing us. I am told every time he travels out of the U.S. both Air Force One planes are deployed with one additional military plane to transport the two tank limos to assure his safety. Now Obama is flying overseas to attend the Olympics to lobby for Chicago’s interest. There are plenty of other people who could handle this type of assignment.

The Mystery of China

Having recently visited China one can only make the following observation, “China is making history, building a future and setting the pace for global economic reform, all within the same time and space”. It is a nation with a 5,000 year old history, a culture full of genius, tales and legends and a historical contributor to the saga of mankind. The “I Ching”, probably the oldest human manuscript, even predicts the cataclysmic date of December 21, 2012. Ignoring China would be akin to ignoring your left foot.

This is considered a solution by the lunatics running the asylum we call our government.

The British government spends £800,000 on every drug addict treated by the NHS, all 180,000 of them. The remaining 1 million, don't admit they're addicts, because they are to busy murdering, mugging', sentencing traffic offenders, running government, claiming padded expenses or other forms of legalised theft to notice the addiction. Is it just me, or has the human race finally sunk to the inteligence levels of lemmings?

What’s Still The Matter With Thomas Frank?

Ah, Kansas, the home of hard working, god-fearing, regular average Americans. You would never know that if you read Thomas Frank’s bestselling book “What’s the Matter With Kansas?” Frank paints the picture of the plains state as a land of conservative morons who self abuse themselves by following evil Republicans, who use trickery to create a backlash effect to past liberal doctrines.
