Border Patrol Agent: Stop Offering Free Stuff

During the Constitution Radio program on KCAA AM1050 on Saturday, August 2, 2014 (program regularly airs Saturday's at 2:00 pm Pacific), a border patrol agent called into the radio program to chime in on the immigration issue, and to add to my comments about the need to secure the border.

Immigration is a concurrent issue, where both the federal government and the States have authorities regarding the issue, depending on the parameters of the part of the issue we are talking about.

The way to best guard against the rise of tyranny is to divide power at all opportunity, and to create checks and balances to ensure the powerful do not collude with other parts of government, or that a minority of ruling elitists somehow gain control of the system and use it to force their will upon the people.

The illegal immigration protests in Murrieta, for the most part, have come to an end. The federal government backed down, deciding not to send bus loads of diseased migrants into our community anymore. Now, they are shipping them to local churches, and border patrol facilities in other States.

As the July 7 protest in Murrieta regarding immigration, and the potential of more busloads of diseased people being shipped to the Border Patrol Station for processing on Madison Avenue loomed, so did the potential of the federal government forcing its will upon the City of Murrieta with riot personnel.

Dangerous Demonstrators at Murrieta's Blocked Immigration Road

On Monday, July 7, over 200 protesters manned their posts in the late morning hours, well into the afternoon, to protect Murrieta from receiving another shipment of illegal immigrants infected with disease. The streets were blocked, so that the protesters had to split into two groups at the areas where the police allowed them to, on two sides of the Border Patrol Station on Madison Avenue.

The heartstrings are tugged by an article where a mother in Utah is not being deported, it is being delayed, in the hopes she can stay in the country long enough, after savior Obama swoops in to save her "in the wake of his announcement that he'll act on his own to address immigration problems."

Capitalism is a system based on individuality and freedom, where the producer or laborer gets to keep more of what they earn, and own.

Climate Change Denier Fringe Radicals

If you disagree with the Obama administration, you are an enemy of the State. Michelle Obama has told high school students to monitor their parents for infractions against government definitions regarding acceptable speech, and the First Lady has even called "unacceptable" the fact that school districts are opting out of her very unpopular, and failed, school nutrition standards (as if abiding by these standards are required by royal decree). The IRS has been used to target, and punish, opposition against the democrats, and proof of the heinous crime has conveniently disappeared. Barack Obama has been using executive orders to unconstitutionally modify law, and to put his own laws into place, steering around Congress with the opinion that he can do whatever he wants, regardless of the opinion of the representation of the people.

When the IRS was caught red-handed targeting conservative groups, and it turns out that the designed assault upon The Right frightened republican donors from giving up much needed funding during the presidential election of 2012 and may have very well influenced the outcome of the election, for those allied with the Tea Party it confirmed what conservatives always believed.

The Founding Fathers of the United States, when crafting the American System during the Federal Convention of 1787, shared the same economic vision as economist Adam Smith. The similarities between Adam Smith's The Wealth of Nations, and the Declaration of Independence are striking. Let the Government Shutdown

The budget battle, and the GOP desire to defund Obamacare, has met at a crossroads in Washington. . . and it brings back memories of budget battles of the nineties, between the Republican dominated Congress and President Bill Clinton.
