Former U.S. Attorney turned MSNBC analyst calls for Biden to jail Trump 'political opponents' under SCOTUS Presidential immunity ruling

WASHINGTON, DC - Former U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia turned NBC/MSNBC legal analyst Glenn Kirschner posted a video to his YouTube channel making the recommendation that incumbent Democrat President Joe Biden, operating under a flawed analysis of the Supreme Court Ruling in Trump v. United States on Presidential immunity, should forcibly prevent the former President's re-election.
