Laws without enforcement, blatant targeting of specific groups

I have a problem with the proposed legislation offering a reward for Lois Lerner's e-mails.

How about we fire a bunch of people then jail a bunch more. I'll bet those who are left will begin to sing. So far, there have been no consequences for the blatant targeting of specific groups and the obvious destruction of evidence. As soon as we enforce our laws and dole out punishment for breaking them, hoards of government employees, political appointees and politicians will be falling over each other to toe the line. Laws without enforcement are nothing but words on paper. Jennie Veary Englewood, FL
