California Spent 6 Weeks in Court, Can’t Find One Woman Hurt by Abortion Pill Reversal
Attorneys for Heartbeat International and RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics are hopeful for a good outcome in the first Abortion Pill Reversal case to reach trial in the United States. That hope comes following a three-year legal battle, a six-week bench trial, and three-and-a-half hours of closing arguments on September 17.

The case has implications for pregnancy help and non-profits beyond California as the ruling could set a first-of-its-kind precedent for using consumer protection law against a nonprofit’s religiously based speech.
California Attorney General Rob Bonta is accusing Heartbeat International, the largest network of pregnancy help organizations in the U.S. and globally, and RealOptions, a network of faith-based medical clinics that provides both men’s and women’s health services through four licensed medical clinics in the San Francisco Bay Area, of misleading women about Abortion Pill Reversal. ---More...
