Though the 2012 Presidential election is years away, at least one potential Republican candidate has absolutely no chance of receiving the nomination. Not because of low funding or even lower character, but because of the death of four police officers, blood which is on his hands.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to present to you, the Republican Dukakis, former Governor of the great state of Arkansas, and now former 2012 Presidential hopeful, Mike Huckabee. See, during his time as Governor, Huckabee became well known for commuting the sentences of violent criminals, who would then commit other violent crimes, and he would then blame someone else for those criminals being released. Well, with the murder of four police officers in Washington state, committed by a man who was sentenced to 48 years at the least in Arkansas, who committed five felonies, and was commuted by then Governor Mike Huckabee, the truth about Huckabee's dark past as Governor in relation to crime, has come out. While the murderer is Maurice Clemmons, a man who has committed eight felonies since relocating to Washington, including his latest charge of raping a child, is for the most part to blame, however, Mike Huckabee deserves the same hell Dukakis received for the furlough of Willie Horton, in more then one way. Mike Huckabee's political career is over, as his devout base of social Conservatives are no longer going to remain his base, as social Conservatives such as myself, expect a Republican nominee to be tough on crime, to punish criminals, and to be better then liberals. Michael Dukakis lost the 1988 Presidential election for numerous reasons, among them was his weakness on crime and the horrific results from that weakness, numerous cases have been documented where Huckabee has released violent criminals, who would live to commit another violent crime. What will come out of these horrific murders, in regards to crime and future political ambitions. 1.Hopefully, Governor's across the United States of America will focus on putting violent criminals behind bars, instead of releasing them, keeping their pardons for wrongfully accused individuals instead of wrongfully released individuals. 2.The political career of Mike Huckabee is over, meaning millions of Huckabee voters and numerous Southern states are up for grabs, begging the question, "will a new Southern charm enter into the Republican race?". 3.Perhaps various states across the Nation, will adopt a three strike law, instead of allowing a felon to receive 13 felonies over the course of two decades, and still be allowed to breath fresh air, while murdering four heroes. Being a Conservative Republican who has long liked Mike Huckabee, this news is disturbing. However, the actions of this one man, the Republican Dukakis, has led to death of four police officers, perhaps a larger scandal then the original Dukakis scandal altogether.
