In America we are suffering from a very serious drop in the strength of our economy. Based on the magnitude of the drop and the speed at which it has occurred, and is continuing, it could be compared with what happened in 1929 which brought on “The Great Depression”. By that, the author doesn’t mean that the drop is worse (yet) than it was in 1929-’30, but that the relative size and speed of the current drop is definitely comparable. In 2020 we went from the strongest economy in the History of our country, and likely the world, to what we now have and, most unfortunately, we are likely so see it continue to worsen over the next two plus years. How, we should ask, could that have happened, and as fast as it did?

The political class is far removed from the devastating effects of their lame policy. They stopped listening to their constituents long ago, and will only take their marching orders directly from the corrupt RNC and DNC.

They try to hide the fact that they take massive amounts of money from lobbyists, special interest groups, and big corporations, and shamelessly choose to represent anyone willing to pay the going rates, paying themselves by stuffing their pockets with tax dollars to compensate for their self-dealing.

They effectively bite the hand that feeds them and spit in the face of the people who sent them to Washington. And I am not even getting into the fact that there is no real difference between Democrats and Republicans anymore, suffice to say that they are teaming up to destroy the constitution and take away our God-given rights.

They don't feel the effects of higher gas prices because surprise, surprise, the very same people that they ignore are the ones who pay for it. They sit there in their taxpayer-paid luxury and tell us it's patriotic to pay a little more for gas, but don't ask them to give up something.
