What an Inspiring Story, and Our Views of It

Hello good friends, how is everybody today? Well, it had been around 80 most of last week, but once again we had a cool snap last night…it’ll only get to 72 today! LOL!

A Little Further Along With the Greenhouse

Good morning guys…how are ya’ll today? Well, we had a pretty decent rain, close to ½ inch, and man it was so nice to watch it comin down! Everything looks and smells so fresh afterwards! We have a little chance of more the next day or two, then dipping back down in the mid to low 40’s Monday and Tuesday, I believe.

You know, honestly I don’t enjoy in the least posting on political events. Yet in the same breath the time has come that maybe we all need to be shouting out over a government gone wild. It’s up to us, “We the People” to turn this craziness back around. That, or kiss your freedoms, your liberties, you’re right as an American to have the opportunity to grow and prosper, and by doing so creating a better way of life for not only you, your children, and even strangers.

Good morning guys, and how are you? Well, we’re back in the kitchen today…Miz Judi’s Kitchen. Miz Judi bein exactly that…Miz Judi. She has a sidekick who goes by Tonto, I’m sorry, I’m thinkin about the Lone Ranger, dern! No, actually his name is Brian, and what a help those two have been! Miz Judi convinced Deb and I about a year ago to start Ridin Out the Recession in Miz Judi’s Kitchen, and we’ve had a lot of fun with it. Better yet, we’ve met so many good people that it’s amazed us both. It was, and still is just a hoot to be involved in!

Well, top of the morning to you! We hope this finds every one feelin just great, and you’re all off to a fine start today! Rain…might have a shot at some the next few days. The percentages aren’t anything to write home about, only 20 and 30 percent chance, with a 50 percenter thrown in for good measure towards weeks end, BUT, it sure beats the chances we’d been havin!

Well, hello once again, and we’re glad ya’ll stopped back in to visit! We hope all are finer than frog’s hair this mornin, and that life is good in regards to you and yours! You know, in today’s world, too often Deb and I see young men and women without a work ethic, at least the type we were brought up with. We, like so many of you guys, worked from a young age. No, our parents didn’t “kill us” demanding so much to be done, but simply “ENCOURAGED” us be part of.

Good morning guys, and welcome back to Miz Judi’s Kitchen once again! We sure hope everyone is doin fine, and I’m not sure about elsewhere, but our weather down here has been exceptional. Highs in the mid-seventies to near 80, and absolutely gorgeous. Deb and I both are proud to be able to say, “We’re native Floridians!” Ain’t a whole lot of us left. Well, we’ve been busy prepping our garden spot. We’ve taken everything out, fed it to the cows, and during this time of the year they’re very glad for the “green” vegetables. The reasoning is there is, literally, no to very little nutrition in the pasture. During this time we supplement nutrition through minerals and protein blocks, and of course hay.

A Tip of My Hat to Tim Thomas…

Good morning guys, how is everybody today? As today’s title suggest, I would like to “tip my hat,” to Tim Thomas, a goaltender and the MVP of the series for Boston Bruins, who won the 2011 Stanley Cup Finals. Am I a hockey fan? I wasn’t, but am now, at least for the time being.

Good morning guys, and welcome back to Miz Judi’s Kitchen this morning, with Dub and Deb. We’re hoping all is well, and ya’ll are in the midst of a great weekend. We got about ½ inch of rain Friday. It wasn’t quite what I’d of liked to seen, BUT, its rain and we’ll take it! To be honest though, we’d been really dry, and it’s amazing the difference in everything after a shower. Even the grass in the pastures, are showing some green amidst all the brown.

Dad-Gummit…What’s Happening to Our Country?

Good morning guys…how are ya’ll today? I tell you guys the dern weather has been absolutely beautiful down here. Mid 80’s yesterday and today will be close to the same. We have a front comin in the morning with a 70% chance of some MUCH NEEDED rain. C’mon rain! THEN, the temperatures are droppin again…to the low 70’s! LOL!

We Got the Top on Our Greenhouse

Good morning guys, and come on in a while. We hope all are well this morning and everything is good in regards to your daily activities. Well, we worked on the greenhouse again yesterday, and little by little we keep inching closer to getting the outside buttoned up.
