It has been a love affair ever since the team played their first game in Tulane Stadium in 1967. For many years, the team was the laughingstock of the league, but the fans did not desert the Saints. Their loyalty was rewarded in 2000 when, the Saints, after 33 years of futility, finally won their first playoff game.

For over three years, the liberal media, especially MSNBC, have been advancing the phony Trump/Russia collusion narrative. Initially, it was hyped to destroy the Trump campaign, then it was promoted to destroy the Trump administration.
The problem with this media campaign was there was never any evidence of Donald Trump colluding with the Russians. The main document cited as so-called proof was the unverified, “salacious” Steele dossier, compiled by a former British spy with assistance from Russian sources, and funded by the Clinton campaign.
Throughout most of its history, San Francisco has been known as the beautiful "city by the bay." It has wonderful scenery, the Golden Gate bridge, the cable cars, Pier 39 among other wonderful cultural attractions. Sadly, it is also led by unhinged progressives who are in the process of destroying this unique city.
In 2016, President Donald Trump carried Louisiana with 58% of the vote. Every Louisiana statewide elected official, except one, is a Republican. The Louisiana Legislature has a strong Republican majority and the state's six-member congressional delegation has only one Democrat.
Hollywood hates conservatives so much that it planned to release The Hunt, a movie about a group of liberal elitists killing 12 unlucky “deplorables” for sport. In the movie, the hunters travel to an exotic vacation spot where they attempt to kill their unlucky conservative prey. The premise of this sick and twisted movie is so outrageous that advertisements were banned by ESPN, a very liberal network.
Once again, a celebrity or politician has apologized for offending the left-wing puritans on social media. This time, Mario Lopez, a newly hired host of Access Hollywood, apologized for opining that three-year-old children should not determine their gender. This statement was made in June on a podcast program with conservative commentator Candace Owens. Of course, the remark was both innocuous and sensible as children that young should not be making any major decisions, that is why they hopefully have two loving parents.
In the past week, President Donald Trump has enjoyed an incredible stretch of good news. In fact, it has been his best week since he entered the presidential race in 2015.
The highlight of the week was former Special Counsel’s Robert Mueller embarrassing performance during two congressional hearings. He spent six hours bumbling and fumbling through incomplete answers. He seemed unable to hear or understand many of the questions. Overall, it was a shocking display of ignorance. Not only was Mueller unaware of Fusion GPS, but he also seemed to be clueless about the type of partisan Democrats he hired for the investigation. The Republican congressmen who questioned Mueller exposed him as a figurehead who was not in charge of the two-year $40 million investigation.
If you are a woman who supports abortion rights, higher taxes, socialized medicine, believes in the necessity of government action to fight climate change, and opposes enhanced border security, you are more likely to receive very favorable coverage from the liberal media. If you are an African American woman who is married to Barack Obama and hold these views, you are treated like a media rock star.
This is exactly what Michelle Obama has received ever since she burst upon the national scene as her husband started his presidential campaign in 2007. Despite some tepid criticism of her unpopular school lunch program, some reporting on her controversial statements and her expensive and extravagant travel schedule, Michelle Obama was rarely challenged or criticized by the fawning media masquerading as independent journalists.
During the eight years Barack Obama served as President of the United States, the Democratic Party was united. He was the coalescing force that held the party together. By bringing in Hillary Clinton as his Secretary of State at the start of his administration, Obama healed the wounds from the bruising 2008 presidential race. During his re-election campaign of 2012, Obama was not challenged for the Democratic presidential nomination and he won another term as President.
On this Independence Day weekend, all Americans should thank God we live in this country. We are indeed fortunate to be Americans and reside in the “land of the free and the home of the brave.”
This is the country that liberated the world from the horror of Nazism and Imperial Japan. We brought down the “evil empire” and freed millions of people from the grips of communist dictatorship. In every major international organization, from the NATO alliance to the United Nations, our country plays a leadership role in financial diplomatic and military support. When a disaster hits anywhere in the world, the most generous nation stepping forward to assist is always the United States of America. Truly, we are the world’s only superpower.
At the Democratic Party presidential debates, several of the candidates mentioned Russia as our country’s greatest threat, citing their attempts to influence the result of the 2016 presidential election. This obsession with Russia has infected the entire Democratic Party, including their elder statesman, former President Jimmy Carter.
Since his entry into the race, confident supporters of former Vice President Joe Biden have been predicting his ascension to the White House and an easy victory over President Trump next year. They point to polls which show Biden leading his Democratic opponents in his march toward the nomination and defeating President Trump in a hypothetical 2020 election matchup.
Since he launched his presidential campaign in 2015, Donald Trump has masterfully labeled the media as "fake news" for their ongoing liberal bias and censorship of conservatives. One method the "fake news" media uses to ridicule President Trump is to champion supposedly independent polls that show his low approval rating. The latest tactic is to promote polls that indicate the President will lose in a "landslide" to former Vice President Joe Biden in the 2020 election.
Throughout our history, free speech has been cherished in the United States of America. Thankfully, we have the First Amendment which mandates that “Congress shall make no law...abridging the freedom of speech.” It not only protects this right, but also the free press and other precious liberties such as the right to exercise religious beliefs, assemble, and “petition the Government for the redress of grievances.”
In a bold move, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp recently signed the pro-life legislation known as the “fetal heartbeat” bill. This will protect the life of an unborn baby after a heartbeat is detected, approximately six weeks after conception.
As a result of this move, much of Hollywood has erupted in anger and is threatening a boycott of the state.
As almost the entire Congress left Washington D.C. for the Memorial Day holiday, a wide-ranging package of “disaster relief” was getting ready to be approved. The price tag for the bill reached $19.1 billion and it included aid for hurricane ravaged areas in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Puerto Rico, as well as flooding relief for states such as Iowa and Nebraska. It also included funds to repair damaged military bases, rebuild crumbling infrastructure and support farmers.
The 2020 presidential election started on the night Donald Trump was elected President of the United States. Since that night, Democrats and their allies in the media have been working tirelessly to undermine his agenda and harm his standing with the American people.

With the entry of creepy “Uncle” Joe Biden into the race for the White House, the total number of Democratic Party presidential candidates has reached 20, making it the largest field in history. Unfortunately, a massive number of candidates does not translate into great ideas on how to move the country forward. Most of the major proposals being offered by these presidential candidates are truly frightening and would propel the United States of America on the road toward socialism, which leads to economic ruin and societal devastation.
