We Must Fight Elite Liberal Incursion into Civility and Safety Tooth and Nail

As a conservative and non-White-hating Black nationalist, I have zero tolerance for intrusions into civility and safety enabled by elite liberals. Living in a lefty city, I'm told to accept larcenous, violent youth as par for the course, men publicly assaulting women as worthy of court summons, not arrest(???), and sanctuary and welcoming city status as civil rights 2.0 despite meteoric Black male unemployment.

Just finished watching the 2020 Vice Presidential candidate debate. Senator Harris showed the burden of defending a semi conscious racist playing the role of "anti racist" liberal White Savior. Despite her credentials as a prosecutor and state Attorney General, she failed to make her case. But given the person she had to defend, not surprising.

An America hater once asked on Instagram, "Why you rep (as in represent, i.e. constantly wear) the flag so much?" What he REALLY meant was: "why do YOU as a Black man rep the flag so much?" This is Why I Bet on President Trump being a Populist.

One thing I bet on with President Trump is that he's a populist, not necessarily a conservative purist. His populism offers hope as the Congressional impasse over federally enhanced unemployment benefits hasn't been bridged while I type this post. Millions face drastically reduced resources when they can least afford it. I'm old school-socially conservative-but am a populist on economic issues. I promote putting money in the pockets of working class Americans with the same zeal crony capitalist Congressmen reserve for corporate welfare- as witnessed by big companies getting most of the first round of PPP (Paycheck Protection Plan) dollars. At least until January, 2021.

Gun Rights aren't White Rights!

Let me cut to the chase, gun rights aren't White rights! Many in the Black community think Second Amendment advocacy is only for White conservatives. These same Black critics often own firearms themselves and seem unaware of this direct contradiction. My grassroots security consulting began in midtown Savannah, GA., during the Crack Cocaine Era, where self defense concerns were challenged by a new, very violent set of circumstances. Black elected officials preaching gun control for law abiding citizens overlook the fact law abiding citizens aren't making inner cities unsafe. A logical policy direction would be harsher penalties for gun crime and enhancing self defense statutes. It appears politicians for Black areas prioritize pleasing distant elite liberals more than nearby victims they represent.

Harming White people because they're White isn't revolutionary, it's predatory. There's no historic or ethical explanation for such violence. Insult to literal injury is added by elite liberals politically enabling it, including issuing "no arrest" mandates to police in cities under their control. I've heard too many first person accounts as a grassroots security consultant. I've watched too much video, like this one, to dismiss this disturbing trend as an anomaly. I oppose such violence as a non racist Black nationalist promoting community autonomy (from elite liberal hegemony) and an open minded conservative working with grassroots leftists and mainstream conservatives to create local safety and homeless outreach.

Put the 'U' in USA

If we're honest with ourselves, as Americans we stand on a pretty broad set of shoulders: colonists, captives, aboriginals, confederates, unionists, suffragettes, populists, feminists, radicals, moderates, libertarians, liberals, conservatives, socialists, social democrats, communists, anarchists, independents, nationalists and so many other strands woven into rich national fabric.

'Burn Baby Burn!' 2.0?

The phrase, "Burn, baby, burn" was made famous as a war cry by participants in the 1965 Watts Riots which erupted after a combative traffic stop between a Black parolee and the Los Angeles Police Department. When word got around of the injury of a pregnant woman in his car, unrest spread like, no pun intended, wildfire. Fast forward to 2020 and Black Lives Matter Greater New York president Hawk Newsome (cool name, uncool commentary) seems intent on reigniting the spirit of this comment and widespread conflagration.

It's My Flag TOO!

I was raised in the late 1960s-1970s and watched Old Glory, one of many names for the American flag, burned on television in direct contradiction to what home, school and church taught me. The flag is cloth but it's also a concept anyone can harbor regardless of appearance or attainment in life. Despite what critics shout, it's not only a flag for one race or the wealthy, it's my flag too! Yes me, the big Black guy! We can't let feelings of alienation separate our nation. Clearly, that is what is happening around us.

A Street Patrol member texted me yesterday about ten kids throwing rocks at passersby in nearby St. Roch.

Mobilize the Marigny

It’s odd for an upper income enclave to lack adequate police service but New Orleans Marigny neighborhood endures too much violent crime and too few in blue to stop it. Residents, businesses and allies have a golden opportunity to create safety where little to none exists. Two Debates Left to Go

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton had their long awaited first presidential debate. It's doubtful whether supporters of either candidate saw anything that would change their minds. Trump didn't go for the jugular as many expected, but assertively laid out job creation, trade protectionism and crime prevention planks of his platform. As a safety voter, I always enjoy hearing his depiction of urban crime as onerous upon hostages in those communities.
