So, at Town Hall meetings in both Tampa, FL and St. Louis, MO they did. In George Orwell’s book “1984” the figurehead character who controlled everything surrounding the members of society was known as “Big Brother.” Via technology and the help of his police, Big Brother watched and heard everything you did and said--and eventually knew everything you thought.
