The Department of Homeland Security is a “Man-Caused Disaster”

The uproar began a few weeks ago when the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a nine page report, entitled “Right-wing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment.” That official document of an agency of the United States Federal government said, “Right-wing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups), and those that are mainly anti-government, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration.”

The Growing American Tyranny and How to Stop It

The Tea Parties have been held. The protests against the threats of a more powerful government have been made. Americans across the nation have made it clear – they fear our own government and they want to stop its headlong plunge toward totalitarianism. The question for all concerned Americans must be “now what do we do?”

The Wrenching Transformation of America, Part 2

Perhaps the most egregious action item offered in the Urban Environmental Accords dealt with the topic of water. Action item number 19 called for adoption and implementation of a policy to reduce individual water consumption.

The Wrenching Transformation of America

(Ed note: this speech was delivered in Kalispell, Montana and Spokane, Washington to County Republican Lincoln Day dinners in late March. The speech caused a firestorm in Spokane, resulting in a battle with the local city council over it’s partnership with ICLEI and radical environmental policy. One elected official said I had exposed too much – as he walked out on my presentation. The battle goes on today.)

Destroy the Electoral College and Destroy Freedom

A new campaign has begun to destroy the Electoral College and “let the people elect the president.” A group called “National Popular Vote” has won commitments from four states to award their electoral votes to the winner of the popular vote. These include, Maryland, New Jersey, Illinois, and Hawaii. That means the movement to make the Electoral College irrelevant already has 20% of the votes needed. There is “National Popular Vote” legislation in nearly every state. If could be a done deal by 2016.

The Battle in the States: Freedom Vs Protection

- Tom DeWeese and Mark Lerner Across the nation, state legislatures are struggling to take back their Constitutional rights as they also seek ways to protect us from outside threats. This has led to some near schizophrenic legislative sessions with laws swinging widely from left to right.

Mainstream Media Finally Catching Up to The DeWeese Report

Again and again, The DeWeese Report has told you that the real agenda we face is a global one called Sustainable Development, as outlined in the UN’s soft-law document called Agenda 21. We’ve warned that this policy is designed to establish the United Nations as the main force for imposing global government, replacing national sovereignty, controlling the economy and the population, and that it is based on a strange mixture of Socialism and Fascism. Time and again, we’ve reported that global governance is a euphemism for global government. In addition, we’ve exposed the world-wide environmental movement as the driving force for such policies, working toward a wrenching transformation of the world economy, using the environment as the center (or the excuse) for such policy.

American’s to Become Serfs on the King’s Estate!

United States Representative Rosa DeLauro (D-CT) has proposed legislation, H.R. 875, which would literally prohibit Americans from raising food for themselves, their families, or even for their animals, without the uber alles national government's permission! Extreme statement? NOT! H.R. 875 makes Americans serfs on their own land! Read on; this one bill could wipe the United States, as a free nation, from the face of the Earth! We urgently need your help to kill this extremely dangerous bill!

The World Wildlife Fund’s Polar Bear Lies

No doubt you’ve seen the ads. The music is dramatic. The scene is tragic. The message emotional. Polar Bears, holding on for dear life to bits of ice, their artic habitat destroyed by Global Warming. And the narration tells you of the tragic fate of the bears, all because of man and his selfish destruction of the earth. And of course, the ad ends with a plea for funds to help the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) protect the bears and stop Global Warming. Cute, fuzzy animals always do the trick.

What if there is no Man-Made Global Warming? What then?

Here are some questions every American should ask their elected officials – especially those supporting “climate change” legislation: If it is proven that climate change is not man-made, but natural, will you be relieved and excited to know that man is off the hook? Will you now help to remove all of the draconian regulations passed during the global warming hysteria, since it was all wrong headed and harmful to the economy and our way of life?

Americans Fighting Back Against Obama’s Socialism

Barack Obama and his Democrat majority may think they have a mandate to transform our nation into a European style social democracy, but Americans apparently have a different idea.

Learning the Free Market Lessons about Bailouts

My first reaction, when I saw the article, was of utter horror. It was entitled, “Obama Imposes Pay Cap on Executives.” Obama intends to dictate salary caps to American executives of private companies. We should all be very frightened of a government that seeks such power. It’s pure communism. The only result of such a situation can be that corporate executives and CEOs become mere employees with no incentives to build the business and increase profits. When that happens, there is no business.

The “Change” is called Wealth Redistribution - from your pocket to theirs

“One of the tragedies of the civil rights movement was that the civil rights movement became so court focused, I think, there was a tendency to lose track of the political and organizing activities on the ground that are able to bring about the coalitions of power through which you bring about redistributive change.” Barack Obama interview on Chicago Public Radio, 2001

Why the UN is Worthless to Human Existence

Africa has more natural resources than the United States. Yet its people wallow in poverty and a horrible existence, not because the land doesn’t provide for them, but because of bad governments.

Forcing International Agendas Through Local Mayors

In June 2005, I reported on the UN’s efforts to recruit the nation’s mayors to directly impose Sustainable Development policy into our local communities. The Mayors weren’t there to simply discuss policy, they committed to an agenda with specific goals. And the results are now clearly being seen in more than 400 communities in 48 states.

The Battle to Stop the Constitutional Convention

The phone call came to my home late on Tuesday night telling me that the next morning the Ohio House of Representatives would be holding hearings on a resolution to call for a Constitutional Convention. We knew this was not good news. But the news was even worse. To our shock, records indicated that if Ohio were to pass such a resolution, it would be state number thirty-three. Only thirty-four states are needed to officially kick the convention apparatus into gear. We were only two states away! And we had only 18 hours to prepare for battle.

TxDot Plays Opossum Over TTC

On January 6, 2009, The Dallas Morning News carried a headline which read “Trans Texas Corridor is dead, TxDot says.” The article went on to report, “The Texas Department of Transportation announced this morning that it has officially killed the Trans Texas Corridor, saying that despite the project’s visionary aspects, it is clearly not the choice of Texans.”

New GOP Chairman should remove Party from the International Democrat Union

The race is on for a new chairman of the Republican Party. The outcome is important because the party has become so lost over the past few decades. No longer is it the party of limited government, low taxes and free enterprise. To the contrary, under the reign of terror by the Bush Administration, the GOP had been the force behind the largest growth of government in the history of the United States: record-setting budgets and deficits, assaults on our national sovereignty, invasion of our personal privacy, destruction of private property rights, illegal amnesty, international ID cards and the collapse of the greatest economy in the world.
