Rick Rizzolo Stalls U.S. Federal Court

Since Bogden's News Release boasting how the court "ensured" that Henry would receive restitution during his lifetime, Rizzolo and his legal team have made a mockery of Bogden and the federal court system while forcing Kirk Henry and his family to endure seemingly endless major financial hardships.

The bottom line in the KIRK HENRY vs. RICK AND LISA RIZZOLO case comes clear

Lisa Rizzolo's new attorney Dayvid Figler this afternoon filed a 51 page document (attached) in United States Federal Court attempting to explain in extreme detail why his client is not obligated to pay beating victim Kirk Henry the $9 million remaining dollars that her ex-husband agreed to pay in exchange for a feather light prison sentence.

Dominic Rizzolo Set Free Four Years Early

Hospital records indicate Dominic Rizzolo's blade came within one half inch of William Moyer's aorta. The law is very clear about penalties that should result when a victim suffers substantial bodily harm. Nevada Revised Statutes Section 200.481 - Crimes and Punishments - (2) Substantial bodily harm to the victim results, for a category B felony by imprisonment in the state prison for a minimum term of not less than 2 years and a maximum term of not more than 15 years, and may be further punished by a fine of not more than $10,000. Judge Glass ignored statutes and suspended Dominic's sentence.

The Weak Link

imageLAS VEGAS - It's 108 degrees on the Las Vegas Strip, and a half dozen men and one pregnant woman stand in a line in front of the Holiday Casino handing out fliers written in a language they probably cannot read or understand. The group wear orange T-shirts with the words "GIRLS, GIRLS, GIRLS" printed on the front and back. The fliers they shove at passersby have a photo of a scantily clad female with a phone number printed underneath. The sidewalk and gutter nearby are littered with discarded fliers blowing in the hot desert wind.

City of Las Vegas finally cracks down on neighborhood brothels

imageLAS VEGAS - It's been two and a half years since Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman told reporters, "I'll take a baseball bat and break his head if he ever comes here." The mayor was referring to New York Times columnist Bob Herbert who dared to place a telephone call to Goodman describing his visit to Oriental Angels massage parlor located only one block from my home. Maybe Mr. Herbert should have left out the part about Steve Miller taking him there, and that Dr. Melissa Farley, the author of Prostitution and Trafficking in Nevada: Making the Connections, accompanied us.

A very revealing photo

imageA picture speaks a thousand words. AmericanMafia.com photographer Mike Christ is not on Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman's Best Wishes list. Goodman, who spotted Christ enter a council meeting with investigative reporter Steve Miller kept glaring at Christ during the entire meeting. Christ was able to get this great picture showing Goodman's contempt for AmericanMafia.com. Christ said he pushed the shutter button with his middle finger on purpose.

Is Lisa Rizzolo trying to coerce Kirk Henry into not attending his September trial?

On March 18, if Judge Foley forces Henry to suffer the hardship of traveling to Vegas this spring for a face-to-face deposition, and if the Judge's possible Order results in such an extreme hardship that Henry agrees to Lisa's terms to take his deposition telephonically in trade for not showing up at the September trial, Lisa's attorneys will have won a mortal victory.
